Aunt Accidentally Shoots Gender Reveal Cannon In Own Face
An auntie-to-be left her family in hysterics at a gender reveal when she accidentally shot herself in the face with a colored powder cannon. German Nielsen and his wife, Alexandria, from Suffolk County, New York, wanted to plan a special gender reveal, as Alexandria is an only child and her parents were excited about their first grandchild. Being an only child, Alexandria, 32, has an incredibly close relationship with her sisters-in-law, Daniela and Micaela, who asked to help out with the couple's gender reveal. On November 23, 2024, the families gathered at Alexandria's parents' house in Yaphank, where various members were given confetti cannons and powder poppers, which would either be pink or blue. Meanwhile Daniela and Micaela were given bigger roles of shooting much larger, fire-extinguisher style cannons. While everyone else's cannons and poppers went to plan, shooting a burst of color into the air, Daniela had a little trouble. The 30-year-old had accidentally covered the nozzle with her finger, so instead of all the powder shooting in the right direction, it had blasted straight into her face. Everyone who saw her pink-coated face was left with no doubt the couple were expecting a baby girl.
