The Royal Canadian Navy Frigate HMCS Vancouver (FFH-331) fires Evolved Sea Sparrow Missiles (ESSM) (surface-to-air) during Rim of the Pacific 2018 exercises (RIMPAC 2018) on July 16. RIMPAC is the world’s largest international maritime exercise, with twenty-five nations, 46 ships, five submarines, about 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel participating from June 27th to August 2nd, in and around the Hawaiian Islands and Southern California.
