At 92 years and 24 days old, Normand Tousignant (born August 29, 1930) became a first-time grandfather when his granddaughter Madison was born on September 22, 2022. Now 95, he relocated from the Washington, DC suburbs to Charlotte, NC to be near family. His first grandchild has brought him renewed purpose.
