So for me it's like really funny because I can see her move that day

She can choose different colors, look like she's, you know, like a little bit of style, you know, modeling

Her name is Per and she has the record for the shortest dog

Per's final measurements was 3.5 inches tall, 9.14 centimeters tall. She's snoring a lot, so it's funny she's like a really vocal

You know her personality is like a cow and she's over 40 years old but she's still behaving

like a puppy. But also really demanding. She's like a really strong and opinionated, and she can tell you what she wants

She's small in size, but she has like a big personality. They are really smart

Actually, this breed is compared to a 12-year-old child. We try to teach the people with this record, like, yes, it's amazing having like a small dog

but also the love and care you need to have for the animals

They are part of the family. Some people like me, we cannot have human babies, so they are part of a family

And that, for me, is like a big deal. I strongly believe people who care and love animals also care and love other human beings
