History's Most Corrupt Athletes

History has provided us with some great athletic performances, from people with superhuman abilities you still have to see the believe. And yet, for some of these folks, ability and in-game success are not enough. Despite wealth and fame, certain athletes in history have turned to crime, in truly epic fashion. Everybody knows the story of O.J. Simpson, at least in part, but he's far from the only star athlete to get involved in violent crime, theft, fraud, illegal gambling, doping, and a variety of other things that are against the law and league policy. Athletic crime is nothing new, and it won't go away anytime soon, so here are history's most corrupt athletes.
