Happy Sunday

We all have a story to tell and I want to hear it and guess what? I’m not the only one who wants to hear it. So many of us keep things bottled up inside we need others to hold space for us. I’m gonna hold space for you and I hope you do me too.  Sharing my journey, including my time in prison my weight loss, surviving abuse by parents and boyfriend’s and my perspective on life and ageism.
