0:24
the location of the university the
0:26
population the scholarships actually the
0:28
reason the main reason I'm doing this
0:30
tutorial right now is that there's a
0:32
really good scholarship in this
0:33
university which is graduate school
0:35
scholarships you can click here to see
0:38
this is a full funding scholarship for
0:40
masters and PhD students and admission
0:42
deadline is May 31 so you don't have a
0:44
lot of time but you can still apply
0:47
actually uh you have to apply to the
0:49
scholarship until May 18 so yeah this is
0:52
the university as you can see the you
0:55
can al also get information about the
0:56
admission process here admission
0:59
deadlines of course tuition fee
1:00
australia is a very popular place for
1:03
international students but the tuition
1:05
are quite high about 30 to 40 uh to
1:09
$50,000 which is a bit which is a bit uh
1:12
more inexpensive than United States but
1:15
is still quite quite um expensive so uh
1:19
we go here and here in the admission
1:21
pages section we just click on
1:24
international students admission page
1:26
for bachelors how to apply you can apply
1:28
through a UK approved agent an agent
1:31

1:33
entry requirements and application
1:34
process uh you can click here to find an
1:36
agent near you you choose your program

1:47
another page submitting your application
1:49
if you are if your senior schooling is
1:52
uh from outside Australia so if you're
1:54
like an international students who have
1:56
never been or never studied in Australia
1:58
you click here and if you're not
2:00
currently completing senior schooling
2:02
from Australia year 12 or international
2:04
boler yet uh submit an application
2:06
directly to UK you can complete the
2:09
application yourself or apply through an
2:11
approved UK agent near you applicants
2:14
from certain countries must apply
2:16
through an agent our online application
2:18
system will let you know if you need to
2:21
do do this obviously to to see that you
2:24
have to go through the application
2:25
online application procedure like try to
2:27
do that first which is what we're going
2:29
to try to today here anyway so step one
2:32
create an account step two complete your
2:34
application uh here are the things that
2:36
you might need step three submit your
2:38
application we have closing dates blah
2:40
blah step four manage your application
2:42
and yeah that's it uh how we assess
2:44
applications blah blah blah i really
2:46
highly advise you to read all of this
2:48
but then we go here and under step one
2:51
create an account in UK online
2:53
applications which is their um
2:55
application online application portal
2:57
all right applying to study at EU UK
2:59
here we have register and apply and my
3:01
applications or you can activate an
3:03
existing account we're going to click on
3:04
register and apply okay we're going to
3:07
need to give them our email address i'm
3:09
going to use a temporary email and then
3:11
create our password okay I put in both
3:13
email and password i've read and agree
3:17
blah blah blah let's continue okay and
3:19
now we have created our account bear in
3:22
mind that it gave me a couple of times
3:24
uh the capture has failed uh so I had I
3:27
had to do that page like five times I
3:30
guess so yeah keep that in mind anyway
3:32
here we have our profile information
3:34
personal information citizenship and
3:36
residency permanent and mailing address
3:38
permission uh to release information and
3:40
previous and current students and staff
3:42
we're going to fill in all of these and
3:44
I'm going to select an option below to
3:46
start our application we're going to
3:47
choose undergraduate program here so
3:50
let's start with personal information
4:01
okay citizenship and residency uh here
4:04
we choose international and then I
4:07
require an Australian student visa and
4:09
then I gave them um like citizenship
4:12
information blah blah blah so let's save
4:15
and next which is permanent and mailing
4:17
address okay so I gave them some
4:20
permanent like madeup address obviously
4:22
in Turkey um the country address uh city
4:27
state uh postcode blah blah blah i
4:30
choose my mailing address is different
4:31
from my permanent address or not i'm
4:33
going to not choose that but but if you
4:36
have a different per uh different
4:37
mailing address you have to choose that
4:39
and give them that information and let's
4:41
click on next permission to release
4:44
information this section is compulsory
4:46
for students under 18 years of age and
4:48
optional for all other students i
4:50
authorize the following person to access
4:53
details regarding my application you can
4:56
give like for example if you are under
4:58
18 and um you want your parents one of
5:02
your parents to u take care of that like
5:04
take care of your application uh you can
5:06
give them access here could be friend
5:08
guardian next of kin other other
5:11
relative parent partner uh plus lawn
5:13
borrower and or spouse so I'm not going
5:16
to do anything here because the date of
5:18
birth I gave them indicates that I'm a
5:21
over 18 so but other than otherwise you
5:24
can just uh give them this information
5:25
i'm going to click on next previous and
5:28
or current students and staff if you've
5:30
been been a student or member of staff
5:32
at the UK please complete the following
5:35
questions none of which is none of which
5:37
applies to any one of us i uh suspect
5:41
and previous family name nothing else
5:43
either so I'm going to click on next
5:45
here okay so as you can see these are
5:48
done these were not uh mandatory so this
5:52
like the fact that there are no ticks
5:53
here doesn't really matter and now we're
5:55
going to choose our program i'm going to
5:57
go for an undergraduate program here so
6:00
undergraduate program we have eight
6:02
sections here agent and partner details
6:04
program details scholarship and
6:06
sponsorship qualifications request for
6:09
credit English language proficiency
6:12
OSHC which is um their like Australia's
6:16
health insurance uh their health
6:18
insurance program we're going to see
6:20
that too evidence and document upload so
6:22
I'm going to click on agent and partner
6:24
details here if you're applying through
6:26
an authorized agent and or partner
6:28
please enter their code here if you've
6:31
been given a UK event code at a recent
6:34
event please enter your code here uh
6:36
neither of us are applicable for a lot
6:39
of people so I'm going to leave this
6:41
empty and they're not mandatory of
6:44
course so let's click on next program
6:46
details yeah select the year you would
6:48
like to start studying so if you can ch
6:51
if you you can choose uh 2026 or 2025 of
6:55
course if you choose 2025 you will have
6:58
to start in uh the semester 2 like the
7:00
second semester select your first
7:02
preference program all right you know
7:04
what let's go for something like
7:06
economics which is my area okay program
7:09
code program uh units um list of major
7:14
specializations you would like to study
7:16
i'm going to choose econ strategy and
7:18
I'm going to choose international and
7:20
financial econ and we can choose one
7:22
more we could choose a couple more
7:24
actually and then say quantitative an
7:27
analysis okay so we have prerequisites
7:29
Queensland year 12 English general
7:32
English subjects mathematical methods
7:34
and then here I'm going to choose the
7:36
second semester again if I chose 2026
7:39
here I could have gone for uh the first
7:42
semester so yeah keep that in mind you
7:44
may select up to two additional program
7:46
preferences i'm going to go for um
7:49
advanced business and then I'm going to
7:52
go for bachelors of commerce okay you
7:56
can also choose your list of majors
7:58
specializations that you will be
8:01
interested in if your high highest
8:03
preference is not available in the
8:05
nominated commencing term would you like
8:07
to be automatically considered for a
8:09
your next preference or your highest
8:11
preference in the next available
8:13
semester i'm going to choose my next
8:15
preference here and let's click on save
8:18
and next okay if you're applying for or
8:21
have been awarded a scholarship or
8:23
sponsorship select from the following
8:26
list this does not mean uh whether you
8:30
want to apply for the university
8:32
scholarship by the way if you are if you
8:34
intend on applying to a scholarship
8:36
there or uh you're planning to apply for
8:39
the university scholarship you don't
8:41
choose any one of these this is if
8:42
you're applying for a scholarship you
8:44
can use this anyway like there's a list
8:47
here uh for example maybe you're from
8:49
Japan and you're intending to apply to
8:52
Japan Indonesia Presidential Scholarship
8:54
Program or something like that or you
8:56
can choose other and name it uh here I'm
8:59
going to go go to next add the details
9:01
of all qualifications whether complete
9:03
or incomplete we're going to give them
9:05
our qualification one here I'm going to
9:07
give them just my high school just like
9:09
a made of high school and say this is my
9:12
most recent institution but if you have
9:14
more uh like you can give them more and
9:17
of course it is it would be better to
9:20
give them information about all the uh
9:22
all the qualifications that you have
9:24
okay so let's uh I said I have high high
9:27
school diploma this is my most recent
9:29
institution a high school uh I just
9:32
chose uh a random high school from the
9:34
list i said I've completed this
9:36
qualification and start date let's say
9:38
from 2020 to 2024 so let's click on save
9:44
okay so this is one i can add another
9:47
qualification through here if you want
9:49
to do that you can do that or you can
9:51
click here uh to go to request for
9:54
credit section if you would like to
9:56
apply for credit on the basis of your
9:58
previous studies select from options
10:00
below i would like to apply for credit i
10:02
would prefer an offer before the credit
10:04
assessment is completed i'm going to
10:06
choose neither of these so of course if
10:08
you need you should apply uh here I'm
10:11
going to click on here English language
10:13
proficiency how do you intend to
10:16
demonstrate that you meet the
10:17
university's English language
10:19
proficiency requirements which you can
10:20
see by clicking here purpose and scope
10:23
principles and key requirements roles
10:25
responsibilities and accountabilities
10:28
monitoring uh recording and reporting
10:30
and appendex so yeah I have achieved or
10:33
will achieve a passing grade in
10:34
Queensland senior English blah blah blah
10:37
i've taken an English language
10:38
proficiency test this will be I believe
10:41
uh the one for like 99% of you i
10:44
register or intend to register to take
10:46
an English language proficiency test i
10:48
have completed a bridging English course
10:51
at ICT i have successfully completed a
10:54
recognized bachelor or master's degree
10:56
program blah blah blah from accredited
10:59
university or institution where English
11:00
was the language of instruction i have
11:03
completed senior senior secondary
11:05
schooling from a designated country
11:07
where the medium of instruction is
11:09
English uh here's you can see like can
11:12
see the designated country is here
11:14
australia Canada New Zealand Singapore
11:16
South Africa Republic of
11:19
Ireland Jamaica is here Ghana Liberia
11:23
Kenya Samoa Zambia and Zimbabwe so these
11:28
are the ones sometimes people ask about
11:29
India india is not in the list I believe
11:32
or I worked in a primarily
11:34
English-speaking professional
11:35
environment for a period of 3 years or
11:37
more immediately prior to commencement
11:40
at the UK which is assessed on a case-by
11:44
case basis by the way so here I'm going
11:45
to choose I've taken an English language
11:47
proficiency test and say I have TOFL
11:51
let's say internet based you can choose
11:52
I have not yet received my results or
11:56
not uh and then you give them their over
11:58
like your registration number date of
12:01
test um and then your scores okay let's
12:04
save and then let's click on save yeah
12:08
okay hang on then we have English
12:09
language package offer I require a
12:12
package offer to undertake English
12:13
studies at UK Okay if your current level
12:16
of English language proficiency does not
12:18
meet UK's English UKQ's English language
12:21
entry requirements and other entry
12:23
requirements are met would you like to
12:25
receive a package offer which includes
12:27
English language tuition at the UK UKQ
12:30
college uh you can choose this one or
12:32
not uh but make sure to get more
12:35
information about this like English
12:37
language tuition and then let's click on
12:40
save here and here overseas student
12:43
health cover you must maintain overseas
12:45
student health cover for the duration of
12:47
your student visa in Australia you can
12:50
organize visa length cover with its
12:52
preferred provider on your behalf uh if
12:54
you're eligible for an offer the cost of
12:57
the premium premium will be detailed uh
13:00
in your offer letter most scholarships
13:03
only provide single OSHC coverage if you
13:07
require a higher level of coverage like
13:08
couple or family please check if the
13:10
scholarship provides that level um you
13:13
can upgrade your coverage if the
13:14
scholarship doesn't provide the need
13:16
coverage upgrades the coverage are the
13:18
applicant's financial responsibility
13:20
rates can be found on the aliens website
13:24
select from following health cover
13:25
options these one of these are required
13:28
um again let's say single premium so
13:31
it's just for yourself and if you do not
13:33
want Q to arrange health coverage for
13:36
you um either you'll arrange your own on
13:40
your own behalf or covered by government
13:42
insurance scheme recognized by the
13:44
Australian government let's say let's
13:46
say I will arrange my own or you know
13:49
you know what a better idea I would like
13:52
you could arrange health cover for me
13:54
and let's say single premium
13:58
oc okay evidence and document upload you
14:02
may provide scanned copies of your
14:03
original documents you must retain your
14:05
original supporting documents for the
14:07
duration of your studies at EUQ you may
14:10
be requested at any time throughout your
14:12
studies to provide original
14:13
documentation for verification ation
14:15
failure to provide the original document
14:17
for verification when requested may
14:19
result in withdrawal of the offer of
14:23
place of a place cancellation of of
14:25
enrollment and where relevant resigning
14:28
of any awards conferred if the
14:30
applications used as the basis for
14:33
admission are unable to be verified so
14:36
yeah uh it is very important you keep
14:38
the originals the entire time following
14:41
documentation is required to support
14:42
your application passport or alternative
14:46
um academic transcript including grading
14:48
scale and award certificates if you have
14:50
any and then we have prerequisites uh as
14:53
you can see so for we've applied like
14:56
we've added in three programs and for
14:58
each one of them we have a Queensland
15:01
year 12 or equivalent uh general or like
15:04
I mean for example a high school diploma
15:07
from a recognized country uh general
15:09
English subject and mathematical methods
15:12
so yeah if you want if you want to get
15:14
more information about what are these uh
15:16
you can just click here and go see the
15:19
prerequisites or uh kind of equivalents
15:22
so make sure you have those and then we
15:24
click here to uh start uploading
15:27
documents right let's say choose file
15:30
okay you selected one document and
15:33
evidence type is required please select
15:35
one below let's say passport and or
15:38
official ID document and let's click on
15:41
upload file okay let's add this as
15:45
transcript and then high school and
15:48
upload it and then this one as award or
15:53
testimemer high school and then let's
15:55
add another one for English language and
15:58
upload that so yeah we added four
16:01
documents here and as you can see these
16:03
are the um like mandatory ones and here
16:06
we have the prerequisites so this should
16:09
be enough of course um like what you
16:12
have to upload here kind of depends on
16:14
your specific situation to make so make
16:16
sure that everything here is uploaded
16:18
and let's click on save and then go to
16:20
final review okay so here we have our
16:23
final review here you can edit anyone
16:26
anything uh that you want um to from
16:29
like personal information citizenship
16:31
and residency permanent mailing address
16:34
uh permission to release information
16:36
agent partner details program details
16:38
and scholarship and sponsorship
16:40
qualifications request for credit
16:42
English proficiency uh health cover
16:45
evidence and document upload and here we
16:48
have the submission terms uh let's click
16:51
on here and then here's the W waiver
16:54
code of course you need to pay about
16:56
$150 Australian dollars if you didn't
16:58
pay that we're going to click here and
17:00
pay fee and then submit okay now we are
17:05
in the payment page um payment card
17:07
details number that's the amount that's
17:10
our email and here you put in your card
17:13
number expired date blah blah blah
17:15
security code and pay uh the application
17:18
fee which is of course not something
17:20
I'll do here and so yeah this is as far
17:23
as we go in this tutorial but after you
17:25
pay the application fee your application
17:28
should be submitted and it should it
17:30
should be fine if there is anything
17:32
wrong if there is anything you need to
17:33
change or something like that uh the
17:35
university would then contact you so
17:38
yeah this this was pretty much it i hope
17:40
you found this video informative if you
17:42
did please be sure to give us a like and
17:44

18:00

18:03
now we have memberships so we are fig
18:06
trying to figure out new perks for
18:08
members uh we're we're thinking like
18:11
priority in comments like answering your
18:14
comments making polls to decide what
18:16
content to create next like what videos
18:19
to make and of course we have a discord
