Basically this is something that like a lot of results admission results that global scholarships kind of like

gathered basically piled and you can look at these for example people from

like the region SAT uh GPA and whether they're accepted these are usually

United States universities we don't have a lot from like Asian universities you can you can search here let's say

Harvard and you will have a lot of results but let's say um I mean any any other country there

aren't that many um so yeah we have again we have a lot of tools here let me

good scholarship It's not like it's in United States You don't have a lot of full funding scholarships in United

States especially for bachelor students Uh this is one that you can find Um so

there are a couple uh so like you have to do a lot of work perhaps like putting Europe as a location here might be a

so if you're new here or in general new uh to the like concept of scholarships

basically there are three types of scholarships partial funding full and full funding um for example as you can

see these are all full funding So partial funding means it gives you less

than the university's tuition fees Um sometimes it's just a like a discount

tuition fee discount Sometimes uh it's just a cash award will give you $4,000

every year That's it Um full tution means um it just covers the tuition fees

of that university For example uh American universities have very high sorry uh tuition fees Let's say

University of Arizona right Uh they have about $40,000 and this is not this is

pretty much on the lower side of United States Uh they can they're like they're among about 30 to 60 $70,000

uh per year So if a scholarship covers covers a tuition fees in the United

States that's a very good scholarship Um so full tuition covers the tuition fees and then we have full funding which is

of course the most attractive the most beneficial uh the most competitive and u

like the most difficult scholarships to get Basically full funding covers your

tuition fees and then it gives you something a little bit more Uh it could be it could be accommodation Sometimes

universities do that like they give you a dorm for free Sometimes they give you a stipent uh to cover some of your

living costs there Sometimes some of them are very Hang on I think this one

was very comprehensive So look at this This is um not open right now This is

just a this is just a demonstration of what a full funding scholarship might be

Um it covers tuition fees It covers a living statement It covers health

insurance It covers entrance fee and gives you a roundtrip airfare Uh

basically covers your flight tickets as well So they can be very generous but there they're not very they're not that

many of these full funding scholarships So yeah today we're going to see a full

but keep in mind there is one thing that we don't really talk about uh enough

So partial funding scholarships are the most uh what would you say like widely found

There are a lot of a lot of partial funding scholarships Uh but they're not very great They're not very generous Uh

so because like they don't cover tuition and if you're if you're looking for looking to study in the United States

that's not a great thing because in the United States you'll spend like I don't

know$10,000 to $15,000 a year on your living costs

living expenses but you'll have to pay about $30 $40,000 just for tuition So if if a

scholarship does not cover your tuition fees a partial funding scholarship well it's not it's not going to help you a

lot is it Because like yeah it can give you about $10,000 but what are you going

to do for the rest like remaining $50,000 uh of like tuition and living

costs But uh keep in mind partial funding scholarships can be very good uh

in Europe For example let's go to Italy right Uh we've talked about Italy for a

little bit Uh or like France as well So let's look at inverse of Pedua right Um

so this for example gives you this is a partial scholar partial funding scholarship gives you something about

like 5,000€7,000 It's not a lot but look at this University of

to2,000 every year So there are a lot of universities in Europe European

countries in France in Spain in Italy in Germany not as much is as much in United

Kingdom Uh but in those countries those universities do not charge a lot of

tuition fees institution fees are like a couple of hundred euros a couple like maybe €2,000

€3,000 So uh even a partial funding like let's say something that gives you maybe

€500 €700 per month will be able to cover a lot of your expenses because

there is no there's no tuition fee to really uh worry about So keep that in

mind Uh if you're looking for scholarships in Europe um there are not that many full funding scholarships and

the main reason for that is that they don't charge about 20,000 30,000 $40,000

of tuition fees Okay So if you're if you want to study in Europe uh I would

really highly advise you to look into partial scholarships as well because as again uh the tuition fees are very very

minimal compared to and that might come off as you know uh there are a lot of

people who cannot afford about a couple of thousand still uh which is yeah I I

get that of course uh but when I say it's very affordable very reasonable

very little uh I mean compared to like American universities to uh British

universities or to Can Canadian universities as well So anyway today's scholarship Let's go to

Alabama All right University of Alabama So it's in Tuscaloosa Alabama

I'm pretty sure a lot of you have heard about this um about Alabama about the

state Uh it's about has about 40,000 students uh six scholarships Hi there

Now University of Alabama is not the greatest university uh in United States

but it has some very generous scholarships that are kind of not typical for United States For example we

have two here for undergraduates As you can see we have one full funding This is the one we're going to talk about today

And then we have another academic elite scholarships another full funding scholarships for bachelors It's not open

open for application right now though we have one partial funding and then we have one full tuition for graduates and

one full funding for uh graduate school graduate students So it is quite

generous compared to other American universities and as you can see you can

um learn about like bachelor's uh like like application procedure or like we

have some results admission results here Uh we have the deadlines here and as you can see the tution is about $30,000

which is very high Uh but so today we're going to talk about un international

freshman automatic merit scholarships uh which is a full funding scholarship for

bachelors in University of Alabama As you can see there are different levels of this um it goes and all of these come

with a certain GPA requirement So like you don't have to apply to this scholarship by the way right Uh

basically you apply to the University of Alabama And how do you do that Um I will

probably going to make a I'm probably going to make a tutorial application tutorial for this university this week

It should be up Wednesday or Thursday And keep in mind this is May the 1st

like the deadline You have you still have time but not a lot of time So like

if you are if you have no preparation you just saw it uh you probably will not

have enough time to gather all the documents you are like required um you need But if you're already applying to

universities you have everything uh ready at the ready Uh I think you can apply to this university before the

scholarship uh separately for this one And as you can see a fall or a summer

semester applicant which is I mean there are only those two uh and as you can see for every single one of these levels you

need a specific SAT or ACT score and a minimum GPA So if you want to get this

full funding scholarship right this one which covers full tuition onampus

housing $500 for book expenses and a onetime allowance of $2,000 for summer

research blah blah blah So this is presidential elite scholarships Um if you want to get this you have to have a

very high uh SAT and GPA But if you have lower than that you can still get one of

these These are yearly by the way like they give you

this It only barely not even that It doesn't even

cover the tuition fees but comes quite close to the tuition fees Some are too expensive and I got

you should try to choose a country based on your finances because here's the thing even if you do not have great

academic levels great academic credentials with uh enough funds you can go and study in the United States for

example if you want to pay the tuition fee but if you cannot pay the tuition fee uh in the United States I don't

think um I don't think it's a really good idea unless you have very good uh

like high very high grades because usually they don't give these type of scholarships to uh people except very

very high ranking students and if you do not get full funding scholarships which are not that many of uh you will have to

pay a lot of tuition fees So for example if you do not have a lot of uh funds um

and you don't have very very high grades I think looking for scholarships in Europe might be a good idea or China for

example or Taiwan Uh they have very good scholarships for example country China

Right now as of this moment we have like 10 full funding scholarships open in China They some of their universities

have very good education and they're doing very well technologically Um for

example there are some Chinese elite universities and they are like in the top 10 top 20 globally they can give

very good education uh but also they have very very very comprehensive

generous scholarships for example look at how many full funding ones we have here and even if you don't get full

funding scholarships uh in China let me type in China it's already not that

expensive I think China is a very underrated uh option Taiwan as well

just Shanghai Jatong University This is a great university and has a lot of

program for international students qualification here um age between 18 and 25 English taught programs these are the

programs that you can apply through computer science and technology again it's a rising star uh in China uh
