well that's something that most people struggle with like uh proficiency test because like that's something but that's

uh popular scholarship because uh like very popular scholarships like government scholarships like next uh

DAD uh or other very generous scholarships perhaps for for example in

Canada uh let's read Pearson scholarship uh if you want to get some of those like one of those scholarships they're very

competitive a lot of people are applying to those they're really difficult to get so I think uh reading about people

receiving believe those scholarships are really really valuable so yeah make sure to uh do quick research in this one and

then we have something called admission results these are basically a like this

is a collection of results like application results that we've uh found uh as you can see in our database we

have like 3,000 entries all of these are one um application to a university that

is either accepted or not uh all of these are accepted uh so what you can do

is type in the university that you might be interested in for example usually we have these for uh hi there Kamaran uh

welcome to our live stream usually we have these for uh universities in United States for example you can type in

Princeton right and as you can see a lot of these are rejected uh because it's a

very competitive university um so let's you know what let's okay for example

uh we have like a lot of 3.8s 3.8s 3.9s and 4.0's uh rejected like when it comes

to GPA but 3.7 accepted for example this person they're

from Japan and they have a relatively higher um SAT but also we have someone here for

example uh 1590 and 3.9 and they're rejected so you can get an idea about

like what what uh like what grades and what SAT scores

uh is acceptable for a specific university uh again these are usually in

United States how much gap is acceptable in Canada any idea how much gap is

um I think they have like gap years gap years yeah yes

that that's probably the only thing that I can think of and

uh to answer that question it just depends on your personal circumstances

basically uh you can contact universities explain your situations what you've been doing

would be understanding if for example you were working or taking care of a

relative If it just depends on what you were doing in during those gap years and

you should be fine just explain what those gap years so they just need

justification right so there is no like uh a criteria

anything in mind uh for example a country you want to study in let's say United Kingdom you know okay United

Kingdom uh you can click here and this will show you the results uh

that we have in our database so basically actually you know what let's reset filters uh so we have about

4,500 scholarships in our database uh these are scholarships that are given by

the universities to new coming international students so there are other scholarships as well for example

there are scholarships that are given by uh external organizations we also

include some of the some of those uh scholarships like government scholarships are also in our database

uh but also there are like external institutions uh given by like other organizations uh etc or there are

scholarships that are given by the university to for example um already enrolled students like second year third

year students blah blah blah we don't have those because it's really really difficult to find all of them uh so yeah

these are the scholarships that are given by universities uh that to newcoming students that we

could find we have about 4,500 of these and you can filter here uh for example

if you want to study in let's say yeah United States right sorry United Kingdom

we have about 600 scholarships in our database uh in uh United Kingdom uh

let's say you are looking for scholarships that are for bachelor students right we have about 350

uh you can uh filter for scholarship like funding type basically funding type

means uh we have like three types of funding partial full tuition and full funding partial means uh that

scholarship covers less than the tuition fees of that university full tuition means uh the scholarship covers the

entirety of the tuition and full funding means it covers a tuition fee and it gives you something a little bit more uh

so like obviously they are uh like most comprehensive most generous scholarships

but they're also not that many and they're usually competitive also one

thing about this uh like lately I have started like looking into scholarships

in Europe uh to make like more content on those and like for example in France

when you search for scholarships usually uh they are like partial funding scholarships

uh but when you consider the fact that uh the universities also don't really charge tip fees most like public

universities in France or uh in that case in Italy as well They charge like a

couple of hundred euros every year uh they also act like full funding

scholarships but they are categorized as partial funding so be careful about those uh if you want to study in Europe

a lot of universities don't charge tuition fees so even like partial funding scholarships can be pretty much

what a full funding scholarship would be in let's say United States all right anyway let's say full

funding and we have like 11 of them right now um in United Kingdom I got to

say a lot of these full funding scholarships are for like sanctuary

asylum seekers basically uh they're not for everyone you have to have very specific uh

situation um that you are in article 26 sanctuary scholarship refugee

scholarship uh but if you go to let's say um China for example we have a lot of full funding scholarships in China

about 22 and all of these are pretty much for anyone anyone is eligible for applying to these so yeah uh you can

universities have these like uh multi-tered scholarships for uh different degrees uh for example if you

is 100% of tuition fees which is uh full tuition and if you get the first prize

basically you get uh tuition dormatory and living allowance uh which is full funding which covers pretty much

everything yeah Chinese universities have a lot of very generous scholarships full funding scholarships but they also

have these scholarships that if you don't get uh the full funding you might also get maybe a full tuition or partial

funding scholarship as well so yeah and then you can click here uh to go and see

questions today this is odd uh usually they there will be a lot of a lot of

anyway I'm going to go ahead and talk about the scholarship of the day again

this is uh one of the best a scholarships available right now for application uh and that is

uh that's that is per international excellence scholarship so uh this is a

full funding scholarship in Italy now usually in Europe you don't get a lot of

full funding scholarships because except for uh well except let's say except for
22:37
United Kingdom all right uh because usually tuition fees are not very high

so there are not that many scholarships that cover both the tuition fees and then gives you a living stipent uh some

scholarships just give you uh like a stipent a cash award and that's it

because already you don't have to pay a lot of tuition fees uh basically this is full funding um there of course

government scholarships but that's a whole other uh thing so it's an University of Pedua this is for

bachelors and master students there are no specific nationalities there are no specific subjects uh usually

universities don't care about that your nationality or uh your subject obviously

some scholarships do care uh there are four specific target nationalities uh

there are about 60 people who can get this which is kind of high considering

this is a full funding scholarship uh and the admission deadline is May the second so this scholarship has been open

for application for quite a while now uh but it will end in like a month less

than a month and applying to scholarships take a lot of time uh you can just learn about the scholarship

today and then apply tomorrow they need a lot of preparation so yeah um so this

is open for application right now it covers 100% of tuition fees and a stipen

of 8,000 per academic year now let's learn a bit more about the university

basically this is one of the best universities in Italy this is one of the

oldest universities in the world uh so like let's see the university

okay so here's the university in Italy in Pedoa is quite close to Venice and

basically in the north north is a bit more expensive but it's way more urban uh so yeah this is the university again

a very like I think what was it 13th century 14th century something like that

so if you want to study in the university the same university with uh copernic uh this might be what you're

looking for basically this is the only thing you can get uh so yeah it's a great university it's one of the best

univers universities in Italy as well and as you can see it's a large

university there are other scholarships to like seven different scholarships h

usually these are for different subjects though um you can get like you can look

into these again um these are usually like partial funding but keep in mind

that the tuition fee is only like about €400500 every year uh so even if it's

just partial it will cover a lot of your uh

expenses compared to if you study in the United States you have to pay $30,000 $40,000 every year just for tuition and

this university basically estimates uh I hate the link for that but uh I I think I lost it basically they estimate your

living expenses would be about like €800 €850 or something like that it is more

expensive than other places a lot of other places but considering you are uh

studying in Italy studying in uh Europe and like northern Italy as well it is

kind of uh reasonable and basically this scholarship also covers that pretty much

like not all of it but I guess like 90% of that and it covers tuition fees um as

eligibility criteria not much uh you have to be a talented international

student holding a non-Italian secondary school diploma diploma or bachelor's degree obviously if you're applying for

a bachelor's program you have to have a high school degree if you're applying for masters you have to have a

bachelor's degree and you have to be applying for an English taught program yeah Italy also have English taught

programs though I wouldn't advise you to go there's studying without knowing any

Italian uh I think learning the language is one of the best investments you can

do uh we have the deadlines here we have made a video and I think if everything

university now when you apply to the university if you have all the if you

like meet all the criteria uh you are automatically considered so basically you don't have to apply for the

would suck basically so yeah this is the scholarship this is uh like one of the

the one of very few full funding bachelor's degree scholarships uh right now that is open for application right

now so I highly advise if you want to study in uh Europe Italy is a good country university of Pedro is a really

good university and this is like one of the best scholarships you could find in

scholarship um well it's a very straightforward

scholarship really yeah um you get it automatically by applying

to the university uh it is offered to English programs um I think one section

that we don't really cover on our website generally is

of those which are if students do not obtain at least uh 20 credit points by

uh a certain by a certain date and if a student decides to transfer to another

result in uh the scholarship being revoked uh

other than that I think that uh most of the information is already covered and

there isn't much to cover as uh to be eligible you just need to be accepted at

the university uh you get a 8,000 uh an 8,000 scholarship per year

um in addition to a fee waiver so uh depending on the program you're enroll

in you're enroll into uh there will be a fee waiver so it it it's most of the

um but that will be waved anyway so yeah I think uh it's a pretty uh simple

especially just uh looking at the economic status of the country living is

much cheaper uh in most cities excluding uh the big

ones of course uh but most of the time uh a budget of 800 to a,000 euros per

month would be enough uh to live in most cities in Italy

um there are also jobs for international students uh I have talked about the

experience of some of the people I know there who work in hotels restaurants and

uh Italy being a tourist attraction uh just gives international students so

many opportunities to have part-time jobs uh in such establishments because

they they require people who are fluent in English to deal with tourists in
32:40
general so it's always good and learning Italian is a plus uh as people who know

both Italian and English have priority in terms of jobs in terms of good pay so

it's always good to be fluent in both um yeah so I think that's my general

thoughts on uh studying and living in Italy all right thank you very much yeah

a great thing uh to happen by surprise let me tell you uh because I got once

got my scholarship revoked um not a not like an international school not studying abroad uh but I went studying

from studying masters to studying to studying in a uh like PhD

program and just because it's it was not the same program it's not like a normal

PhD program but it was a PhD program that you you would get with a bachelor's degree uh the government said "Yeah

that's not the next school after masters so we're going to revoke your scholarship." Uh it was not great uh so

yeah it's like they don't tell you beforehand uh so it's really good to uh

be aware of that anyway okay that's yeah I guess that's it today we have no
