weekly live stream if you are new here we do uh these live streams every Friday at the same hour and I'm here joined by

Aman hi Aman how are you doing how are things going hi oh hi as um I'm doing

well thank you how are you um I'm doing well too thank you very much so guys we are Global scholarships like if you are

aims to spread information about um scholarships about studying abroad in general pretty much

that like that subject so we have a YouTube channel we have as you can see a

of videos about General topics of scholarships about studying abroad etc etc um also we have

a website uh which is a very very very useful tool that you might utilize to

find scholarships find more information about how to get scholarships how to study abroad uh like what are some uh

pros and cons of studying about like how we have we have a lot of stuff we have a lot of guides here for example if you go

to Global scholarship this is entirely hi there of ISF uh very welcome you are

very fast to ask the first question um I want fully funded scholarship for

bachelor degree in medical doctor how can you help me please okay so thank you

for giving me this opportunity to show you our Search tool so basically if you go to glob scholarships.com right now

this is completely free by the way you don't have to um this is the PED phase there are no like registry or anything

count something um so basically iang God let me just adjust my microphone Okay so

we have a Search tool basically we have a database and in that database we have thousands and thousands of scholarships

and you can use our Search tool to search Scholarships in that database so you say you want to study uh medical

doctor right Bachelor medical so let's say medical uh sorry that would be medicine

I guess yeah subject medicine right you can click on this one which will uh take

you to our search results as you can see we have about 3,700 scholarships uh for U medicine um

so we can filter those for Bachelors fully funded you are interested in fully

funded let's say Okay scholarship type for people who don't know what fully funded means there are basically three

types types of scholarships partial funding means it covers less than the tuition fees uh full tuition means it

covers just the tuition fees and that's it and full funding means it covers the tuition fees and then it gives you something a little bit more so let's

choose full funding now we have about 142 Scholarships in our database and I'm

going to share the link with you you can just go uh click on the link and go search for yourself too if you're

interested um so basically you will see that okay if it's difficult for now

which kind of scholarship is available for now which is free so yeah of course

you can also filter for deadlines uh currently open um we have about 50 are

currently open you can click on any one of these as you can see this it says currently open so for example this one

financial aid at Harvard University um so you can just click on

the scholarships name and see the scholarship page which gives gives you information about like the um level of

study University blah blah blah what it covers this is a financial aid basically

it covers the entirety of your demonstrated financial needs um which like we can talk about in more detail in

a second uh we also usually have videos for these ones where we go over the that

specific scholarship in a video um which on our YouTube channel you can just click here or and we have a comment

section and you can just leave your questions here and Han Le answers them for you so yeah there are other

scholarships as well as you can see we have presidential scholarship at Lamar University all of these as you can see

these are just like all subjects over that uh Lamar University some of us or orphans don't we have money to pay so we

don't have yeah um yes there are a lot of people who want to study like their dream is to study abroad uh but it's not

very easy to afford education especially if you want to study in the United States there are other places that that

are a little bit more affordable uh for example like studying in of course United States is also very affordable if

you get a scholarship like a full fully funded scholarship like this one which covers tuition fees board and lodging uh

books or like there are scholarships that give uh you additional stien to to cover your

living expenses or you could choose more affordable places like uh there are a

lot of countries in Europe like Germany Italy uh Spain that do not charge very high tuition fees because tuition fees

in United States are very high and look for scholarship opportunities look for part-time jobs so in terms of being free

if you are looking for uh scholarships that do not have any application fees I would have to defer to Aman Aman uh what

would you say like to say about those like um the availability of scholarships

that do not charge any application fees

um application for scholarships is generally free it's the universities

that charge an application fee um there there are universities that

don't so there's a whole list of those most of them are in the US and then

there are universities that do but are willing to uh wave the fee if you

contact them about it so I think these are the two main ways

to um avoid any kind of application fees that

come with the the applications um yeah so there is no other way around

it so you either pay it you either find universities that don't charge tuition fees or you contact universities sell

them that uh you can't afford the application fee and then they could wave it for you if uh they're willing to

right so one thing you can do is um that we have in our website sorry in our

YouTube channel we have videos on uh free application universities free application universities in the United

States free application University um in in South Korea actually you know what

I will try to find uh free application universities

um we have a we have a guide on that one but I'm

not sure how I would navigate my way um Aman what do you think like how

can I find that guide about free application universities in United States

not under the guides section probably resources and then I'm

I'm not quite sure but I'll have a look yeah this is this is a bit um zaa

if you're here oh so it's under tests and documents and then resources and then oh yeah yes universities with no

application fees so uh for three uh universities with no

application fees and then you can also click on hang on come here click on free

application and we have a whole lot of other guides uh for like free

application universities as well universities actually I'm going to share this link with you so uh you don't have

to um pay tuition fees sorry application fees for these universities uh which

means that you would probably be able to apply for scholarships without paying application fees as well um hi people

are joining in on Tik Tok Zula says I tried a lot in that country country but

didn't get many chance bought by another guy that what um scholarship is

dropped um so I'm not sure what that

means by so which period does partial scholarship is dropped um can you

elaborate a little bit more about that one I might be able to help you a little better so guys uh we have as I said a

lot of guides also um what you can do is basically you can go to Global

scholarships.com on our Search tool you can just hit hit enter right and then um

then like it gives you all the scholarships that we have in our database which is about 40 like 4,500 and then you can filter uh choose

you can choose the location um choose Australia for example choose scholarship type let's see there

are there yeah there are just six fully funded scholarships or full

tuition degrees etc etc you can filter for pretty much everything um how can I

elaborate um so I didn't really understand what um you meant by which

period does partial scholarship is drop um are you asking for a specific

scholarship and their deadlines or are you are you asking if

like partial scholarships are available for both spring and fall intake um if

you can like ask it a bit little more uh clearly uh we might be able to help you

a little better so right um and then like when you hang on like when you find

a scholarship scholarship that you might be interested in you can click on them and go and see their page um like we we

have a like kind of like summary we have the scholarship coverage

we have the eligibility criteria for example for this one incoming International students you have to be an

incoming international student with a minimum average of 85% in your previous

studies application process deadlines you can also click here to go and see uh

the University's page for that scholarship and get your information directly from the

University right and of course as I said you can just leave your questions in the comment section and as you can see yeah

Yan answers every single question so yeah that's how our Search

tool works again we have a lot of guides in our website we have like cheap and

free universities we have country guides which are we're going to see one of those today a little bit how to apply to

universities cost of studying and living in countries you can just click on view all and we have like a lot of gu es on

that subject so if you if you are interested in studying in Germany but

you don't know how much it will cost you um you can just read our guide we have like different universities here um

other student fees but usually you don't have to pay tuition fees but you will have to pay a semester fee which is

about like 300400 not that much uh cost of living in Germany different cities we

also made a video about that one not a lot of people or interested in so yeah

this is how our uh website work Works uh so also we have something that I really

really really like uh when you go to Global scholarships.com under this resources section we have scholarship

stories right and we have scholarship stories by country by degree you can just choose any one of them or click on

view all then filter for country for example let's choose Canada you want to

study in Canada but you want to get information about uh getting those like scholarships that are

in Canada uh but you just like yeah you read about it online you read about like

read the University's website their page on the scholarship maybe you came and

read um a like a guide that we have uh but like what more information you can

get is of course um you can get information directly from people who got

like receed that scholarship so which is why which would be like which would give you way more insight than other places

which is why Global scholarships have a section for scholarship success stories basically I David I heard some rumor

that top ranked South Korean yeah I remember your comment um I think you

have left that comment also in one of our videos um so Amon David says I have

heard some rumor that top ranked South Korean universities are they prefer first scholarship for only

Chinese uh or southeast Asia uh region students so do you know anything about

that one um I don't think that's necessarily

the case um for the most part I think people from Southeast Asia speak more

than one language which is usually what South Korean universities

are looking for in general or what I'm talking about specifically is the Global

Korea scholarship uh they're looking for people who speak more than one language

that shows uh an ability or an anate ability to learn languages and by

extension your ability to learn Korean in the long run so they're looking for

students who fit those profiles and they're looking for students specifically within

stem uh disciplines uh mainly engineering

science uh computer science uh so that's what they're looking for at the moment

just and you can read the scholarship journeys of yeah uh the people who

studied in South Korea who also shed the light on this they're they went through

the whole application process and they say that all the time that there are

specific they are specifically asking for that and you can find it uh in the

application uh form or just doing research in general you can find a lot

about that so that's why there might seem to be um a preference for students from

Southeast Asia and I think that also um is partly due to uh the number of

students that apply from that region so there there's a huge population means that more applicants means more chances

of being selected to in comparison to other countries there are a lot of factors that come into this so whether

it be it China or southeast Asia uh you might think that there are a lot of students who are accepted from there but

there are a lot of applicants from there as well so you have to take that into consideration they're not really

favoring those countries but it's just the numbers are in their favor right

yeah okay thank you very much so also you can look hi T I'll be with you in a

second so I was talking about scholarship success stories so you can choose South Korea and then you can

click on any one of these people who share their stories with us uh for example this person

chrisa um she received um Global career scholarship in which is one of the best

scholarships you could get in South Korea and then they share their Journey the scholarships they got educational

background how they prepare to apply for the university for the scholarship um

how what did what do they think May made their application stand out what would what would you done differently and what

advice would you give blah blah blah like there are a lot of information there are a lot of insights you could get and for South Korea for example um I

would say a lot of a lot of them just kind of emphasize um the language um

your language proficiency like start early and um share like invest more time

as much time as you can so yeah um so Tona you asking sorry are there

scholarships for international students to study medicine and surgery in Taiwan

so let's see let's type in Taiwan let's choose that now usually a lot of scholarships

do not really um have specific subjects I mean which season does the free

scholarship is available again zaa um I'm not I don't understand which scholarship you are specifically asking

for um like if you have any specific scholarship um or like you were asking

for fully funded scholarships for bachelor's degree in medical uh in medicine um if you're asking like are

you asking when like in which season which intake those scholarships are more

available is that what you're asking like am I understand that understanding that correctly if you can make it clear

um aiming can help you better I don't think think I have will I would have anything to say even then but yeah so um

turn out so we have about 92 now the thing is that a lot of uh universities

like a lot of scholarships do not have very specific subjects if the university offers that program the scholarships

scholarship is available uh but we can still uh search for subject let's say

medicine right okay so h

yeah sorry it kind of not sure why but uh location filter went when I done

that so we have about 84 scholarships I'll share the link with

you uh tario you can look into these specifically uh for example we have

scholarships for international students in I think chaoyang University of

Technology nanho University National San University um yeah so these are let's

see how many of these are full funding a lot of them are full funding normally you don't get this many full funding uh

scholarships um but Taiwan is very good in that context because like there are a

lot of very comprehensive scholarships um are you asking also like especially

if you are asking for like Masters or P Masters or PhD scholarships then you

have even more more options U you can filter for that too by the way but a lot

of Taiwanese universities like Chinese universities is have scholarships that

are available for all levels of study um

I'm not sure what that is people are trying to join in as guests um so

basically there are like different levels of scholarships for different people from different levels of study so

yeah Tai on has a lot of uh scholarships if you're interested check the that link out and we have a lot of scholarships

here okay so all right I don't see any new

questions right now uh Zula if you can make that clear for me we we may be able

to answer your question a little better meanwhile guys today we're going to talk

about uh Scholarships in a specific school and we're going to see every single scholarship that exists in that

specific scholarship specific University um so the university is

K okay before we start uh we I'm asking for icds scholarship in Taiwan for

undergraduate courses so let's see uh aan what would you say how can we

sub subscribe uh on Tik Tok I think you need to go to our page I I don't I don't

really know how Tik Tok work Tik Tok works and then follow uh I think that's

it do you mean some other type of subscription or you can go to YouTube of course um Aman what would you say um

about t they say I'm asking for icdf scholarship in Taiwan for undergraduate

courses um yeah so the the icdf is open for application has been open since the

1st of December and it will be open until March the 15th so you have plenty of time um I think there's enough

information on their official website um if you want to look at that but if you

just want to know if it's open it is open it has opened 11 days ago and it

will be open for another three months all right

so again uh today we're going to talk about Ka now K guys

is a is basically Korea Advanced Institute of science and technology which is a very good um

Advanced Institute of science um so basically it's a very high quality um

institution education um hi there hi there Kim I will get back to you in a second but um okay you know what let's

answer those first and then um to get the scholarship in Google want we should

write so which scholarship exactly um you can like are you asking

about the website because it's Global scholarships.com that's it uh you click yeah like you go to Global

scholarships.com and you can like use our Search tool etc etc uh I followed

you I hope I can get some information I want to get scholarship how can I um undergraduate degree so Ralph um

basically if you can be a little bit more specific about your situation like VAR from what you want to study what

country you might be interested in we might be able to help you a little better Turkish I'm also Turkish uh High

um so kareim says undergraduate degree so again Global scholarships.com hit

enter here and then you can choose as degree Bachelors which means undergraduate we

have about like 2700 Scholarships in here you can filter

further about maybe the location where you want to study uh scholarship type etc

etc uh yeah I yes I understand so um what kind of scholarships are

scholarship are you looking for like are do you want to find a scholarship that is in turkey that is in another country

but basically what you could do to find like what scholarships are available for you you could you could go to Global

scholarships.com and then uh use our search tool you can just again hit enter um also the thing

is like do you want to find scholarships that are for you right now in that

program or H I see so yeah you can find Scholarships in here uh we're going to

see a lot of scholarships today uh in Europe or in North so by north side I

think you mean uh Scandinavian countries so you can look into those by for example uh

here's the thing so if you want to you're in the first year right you're

just like preparation so if you are planning to leave the university right

now uh and your education and then start over as a freshman uh student it's kind

of different because there are like a lot of uh scholarships that are basically specifically for a freshman

and then there are scholarships for transfer students so if you want to for example try to transfer to a a

university in Europe uh in let's say Italy in France in

Germany and then um I'm planning to for again like it kind of depends on whether

you are planning to leave the university and start over as a freshman student uh from the first year in another country

in another University or if you are planning to become a transfer student um

that kind of depends I believe SCH mainly the scholarships that we have in our page in in our database are the

scholarships that are for uh freshman students right Amon like because when I

look uh at like the scholarship Pages there are a lot of transfer stud like scholarships for transfer students or

the students that are still like that are already students scholarships that

are already scholarships for students that are already um like studying in the

those universities but they're not in our database I think like our database mainly include

freshman scholarships um yes so all the scholarships are for incoming first year

students whether for Bachelors or Masters or PhD so it's for students who

want to apply for the first time as freshman um we don't really pursue uh

the scholarships for um for current students because I

believe they would be aware of them if they were at the University so it's not much of a much of a help to them yes for

the most part people are looking for scholarships where while they're still in their countries yeah okay so Ro one thing you

can do is go to Global scholarships.com all right hit enter choose

Bachelor this is if you're going to um if if you're going to leave your

education here because you are already in the like preparation year uh and then

start over as a new student in a university um

so you can choose scholarship type we have three different scholarship types partial funding means it covers less

than tuition uh full tuition mean it cover means it covers the tuition fees and full funding means it covers tuition

fees and then give you something more you can choose any one of these um and if you have a location in mind um in

Europe let's say maybe you want to study in Fr friend you can choose that too uh as you can see there are not that

many Scholarships in um Europe countries in Europe like France if you want to

study in Germany you can choose that too and then you you can just click on the scholarships that we have and see the uh

scholarship summary coverage what it covers eligibility criteria procedure

deadlines uh we have videos usually for that specific scholarship you can all click on official schol ship page and go

to to the page that University have for that scholarship and you can see those and just kind of test it like experiment

with locations with uh scholarship types um n you can also filter in for your

nationality um usually scholarships and schools don't really care about that uh just like wherever you are uh most

scholarships they don't care uh some scholarships B usually like some scholarships are for let's say uh

develop veloping countries um countries from specific region could be that uh

but mostly uh your nationality does not really matter all that much anyway so

I'm going to have to can you look up Sweden or Russia sure I mean you can

also look that up too but let's do that uh let's choose

Sweden right so let's say choose Bachelors we we have about 16 of those

for examp example this one Russia I'm I haven't seen Russia really okay

zero uh Sweden has more um for example London University I

think we've made a video about this one H maybe not okay so for example this

covers a up to a full toan fee wavers um let's see how many of these are full

funding none of them are full fun fing how how many of them are partial funding so we have some partial funding

scholarships uh so partial yeah okay uh look look look it up yourself and like

if you have any questions one thing you can do is for example you you're interested in this scholarship you

looked it up uh hang on see some of them has eligible nationalities let's see if

you yeah turkey is here so uh you looked it up like etc etc still you have

questions you can just leave your question in here in the comment section um and or comment section of any one of

our videos on YouTube Okay so let's let's talk about this one now okay um so

Ka guys today we're going to talk about Ka a little bit so it's a university it's a high uh education institution in

Korea it's it's a really good like high quality education it's not in Soul even though it's in South Korea it's in taon

we're going to see that um it's not a very large University and there are not that many scholarships like when I say

every single scholarship in in Ka it's not like dozens it's just three but all

three of them are very very good scholarships um kind of like quality over quantity

and like pretty much the same for the University and same for the scholarships

um it's a very like High quality of Education Institute um like

they're doing very like pioneering Cutting Edge research on technology for

example um the last time I checked like they were doing like they were researching on um electric cars that can

recharge themselves while on the road so like they they um they very high

research activity univers institution um in South Korea so and also we have a

tutorial for if you want to apply to this University have to apply to Ka um we have the like the admission process

here you can get more information we have the deadlines here um and well

usually um South Korea does not have like Korean universities does not they do not have very high tuition

fees uh so this is also kind of a little bit affordable uh 5,000 but it can get

quite pricey about 20 up to 20,000 so yeah uh again three

scholarships and again if you have any questions you can just leave them here aan what would you want to say in

general about um Ka or in general about um Korea

actually before you can like before you start uh guys if you are interested in studying in South Korea one thing you

can do is go to guides we have country guides here right click on view

all and then here choose study in Asia study in South Korea and we have a

collection of guides about like 20 but we have a lot of guides here um for all

subjects like higher education pros and cons uh of Education in South Korea choosing a university best universities

best programs applying to a university like complete guide to University applications in South Korea um documents

and tests language proficiency for example they have a a test called topic uh test of proficiency in Korean in

which if you get a high level of score um a lot of Korean universities will

give you uh tuition discounts so financing your studies how to study in

Korea for free where we have videos on those two scholarship opportunities etc etc so like if you're interested in

studying in Korea uh go look this up um other than that aan what would you want

to say about like maybe in studying uh in Korea uh in general or about Ka in

more spe like more specifically um yeah so South Korea is

up there with the greatest countries you can go to as an international students just due

to how many scholarships they offer to International students um I think the one thing that

people need before they go to South Korea is learn Korean uh yeah that's a

must and I I have read a lot of stories of students who went to South Korea and

they all say the same thing they they say that they should have spent more time learning uh Korean before they went

to South Korea because even the signs outside are in Korean so you just you can't rely

on uh your English or any language you speak when you're walking on the street

so that's the one thing you keep in mind and if you don't speak Korean then you have to attend a language courses

classes um which will take from your time and the time you could have spent

doing something else uh and time you could have saved just by learning Korean

before going to South Korea although English is um one accepted means of

communication uh by universities but outside University you would definitely

need to speak the language um the the scholarships are quite generous and some of them are

given based on your language proficiency test so if you have a good score in eyet

sofo or topic you will get a scholarship that can go up to 100% of the tuition

fees uh which is quite generous by many of these universities um yes so other than that I

think I can only say positive things about studying in South Korea it's it's

not easy to get into any of these universities they're quite competitive even for domestic students let alone uh

International students there are many many universities with very very

demanding uh requirements when it comes to admission so you have to keep that in

mind it's it's really not easy to go to university in South Korea as I said for

students who grew up in South Korea um so they're quite competitive ER even

though they offer scholarships but you need to earn them um yeah other than

that yeah I think uh this is all I can tell you

about South Korea right so spec spe says b right now both sides in Korea of Korea

in a terrible situation why would do as student want to study there yeah I guess

like that's that's hopefully a uh like

not a permanent situation just temperate situation um so yeah um like even if you

apply right right now like you because this whole thing is a very um very very

longterm thing like you if you want to study in South Korea next year like you

better start um working on that today like to learn Ed like to learn the

language to get your education like to get your grades and test scores up etc etc so yeah hopefully uh when anyone

watching us here today uh actually comes to the point of going to South Korea um

that that situation will not be so terrible yeah so Zula says in general if

you have money it's not difficult to study abroad to or to get scholarships because because uh to get partial or

fully funded scholarships is not easy yeah that is true um yes if you if you

have enough money if your family can um kind of cover your expenses that they

can um support you you can just like you you your only concern will be to get

admitted to a university in another country but if you don't have enough money uh you'll have to look for

scholarships which are not that easy to find because there are a lot of people but one thing about scholarship is that

scholarships is that um every year there are so so much

scholarships like so much financial aid uh that goes to waste like nobody gets

them because nobody knows about them uh so like it's always it's always really

good to uh like spread information about financial aid about uh scholarships

because even though most scholarships like most very well-known scholarships are very competitive there are way more

uh scholarships that are partial that are smaller and a lot of people don't really know about them so nobody nobody

gets them they just go to waste so yeah you're right but also like a very very

astute student very like a very well researching person can find scholarships I think um like it kind of increases

your chance so yeah this is the University basically um again not very expensive not very um

a large University univers so the scholarships we have three scholarships one of them is for undergraduates let's

go and see those um the first one is K international student scholarship uh the others are for

graduat K Global presidential scholarship and K scholarship is sorry for graduate students so the first one

let's start with this one um K international student scholarship this is for um

undergraduates it is full funding there are no Nation nties or subjects for this

specific scholarship as I said like it covers a lot 100% of your tuition fees it gives

you 300 uh 350,000 South Green wands which

is let's see how much it does how much how much it makes in US

Dollars sorry it's about 250 which will not like I can clear say confident say

say that that it will not cover your expenses you would still be short about

like maybe $700 $800 um let's say you know what let's say 600 700 because you don't like

you're not going to live in Soul and D John will be more affordable so medical health insurance uh it also covers that

not a lot of scholarships cover medical insurance by the way um there are no specific n specific eligibility criteria

just be an international Bachelor student or applicant South Korea Korea Advance institutes and

we have the application procedure here we have a deadline here we have made a video on that and as you can see this is

a very popular scholarship from the fact that like there are 16 questions and 16

ansers about that this one specific uh scholarship so if you want to get more

information you can just go to click here and go to the University's official page for this

scholarship let's see this one um K I don't know why but K website

takes long takes a long time to uh

load I should have clicked earlier so um again for a lot of scholarships we have

YouTube like videos on our YouTube channel uh you can also watch them through

here right like this uh we have other videos as well uh

like current open scholarships or other live streams Etc yeah okay so this is um

again international student admission basically you apply for the uh undergraduate programs it covers yeah

it's pretty much the same information full tuition living expenses medical health insurance um so students must maintain a

GPA over 2.7 out of 4.3 at K after their freshman year and I have to say four is

scholarship this generous this comprehensive um 2.7 is not that

extremely high of a GPA to maintain like uh usually you would have I don't know

let's say 100% um tuition fees coverage and they would want you to maintain a

GPA over four um out of 4.3 so this I think

this is a very very reasonable amount of GPA um application period same as applic

admission application there is no separate process for applying scholarship uh just check guys

scholarship on the statement so basically uh if you really want to apply for this scholarship what you do is you

go to our page for this University you watch our um application tutorial and in

that application process you will see in the tutorial you just have to check K

scholarship uh in during the application and that's it you have applied for this

scholarship all applications will be thoroughly and equally reviewed during the admission process upon being

selected for admission you will automatically be entitled to the KA scholarship so yeah keep that in

mind uh again this is a very very very generous scholarship Aman do you want to say anything about this

one um I think your explanation was very comprehensive uh it is

quite quite the generous scholarship uh the admission deadline is

uh quite close for most of these yeah um so for uh those who are willing to apply

for the scholarships at kaist I I guess it's just High time to do that U other

than that uh scholarships uh open the same time every year so you should be

able to apply next year if uh if you just started

right planning on doing it so yeah so and if you haven't you should start now

and then you could be able to uh apply this time next year yeah so these like

the whole application and preparation process takes a lot of time so keep that in mind if you're planning to apply for

any scholarship frankly so okay uh that was the first scholarship uh that's the only

scholarship that they have for under graduate students um graduate scholarships there we have two of those

uh the first is CH Global presidential scholarship let's click on this one you know what I'll actually click on

this one early so it will have time to load so this is uh for Masters and PhD

this also is full funding um again no nationalities or subjects like um pretty

much every subject in the university is accepted um we have it covers 100%

tuition fee for four semesters uh so even if you are PhD and it will only

cover it for four semesters and 1 million South green ones monthly financial aid for four semesters so you

have four semesters you better uh get your like degree in that period so it's

about $700 it's not I think it's still not nearly enough to cover all of your

expenses uh but it's better than the other one so it's kind of eh it's kind of okay like if you get this uh pretty

much your only concern will be covering that a couple of hundred monthly like

you won't have to uh worry about like your tuition fees don't won't have to worry about like majority of your living

expenses just like a couple of hundred dollar a month and just you can just

focus on your education which is you know uh it should be the most important

part of your education but yeah when you study abroad but uh yes entering under

Masters or Master's PhD integrated program H

so yeah it's this one um K Global presidential scholarship

this is the one all right um departments accepting applications all departments

except Global take Technology Innovation program admission periods all uh

eligibility requirements so okay so this is for this is not for for uh strictly like speaking

this is not for Masters and PhD it's for Masters and integrated PhD right am I

understanding that correctly Amon what do you think um yes yes so

it's Master's PhD integrated program so it's together as in like it's a master

so if you're doing an integrated program uh they still cover the Master's part of

your um education so like let's say uh this is normally given to uh Master

students but you are doing it an integrated which means like if you do not know basically you do your uh

Masters and PhD at the same time first you have your lectures for Masters and

then you don't write a master's thesis instead you just uh move on to PhD uh

lectures and then lessons and then write your PhD dissertation which is what what I'm doing actually uh so like you can

still apply for this scholarship for the Master's uh period of your

education again it covers full tuition a monthly sement and a million South

Korean wands for four regular semester details you can get more information here no separate application is

necessary only highly competitive applicants will be recommended by the department head so your department head

will recommend you and you get that get the scholarship that way so yeah uh do

you want to add anything about this one Amon it's kind of still also yeah very uh pretty

straightforward um yeah yeah it does it is straightforward uh just wanted to point out that in some countries

integrated Masters PHD programs uh are just one year of Masters as your first

year and then three years of PhD as your your second third fourth year uh and not at the same time so sometimes they just

split them into one year of Masters then three years of PhD so it's just a masters leading into a PhD with Masters

being one year but it differs like for for some it's it's like your case I

think that's just one major thing to point out about this scholarship hang on no in my uh situation too it was one

year um oh maybe like now that I remember uh maybe in some countries is

uh you also have to you would also have to uh write a thesis in the end of your

Masters or like this covers your Master's period and then another year for year of your education all right so

the second uh second scholarship for graduates and the last one we'll see today is K scholarship for graduates so

this is hang on let me actually open the page we recently made a video on this

one so this is for Masters and PhD Again full funding all nationalities all

subjects you don't usually see this many full funding Scholarships in a single University and the admission deadline is

December 23 so yeah you don't have a lot of time um so it covers 100% of tuition fee for

four semesters for Masters eight semesters for PhD 10 semesters for integrated applicants so yeah okay uh

normal amount of time is just two semesters for master basically like we

can surmise from this uh you you get 3 uh 50,000 South Green mons sou Korean

bonds fin monthly financial aid uh for Ms and 400 for PhD usually there would

be more of a difference between these two but I guess not in this instant and

you get medical health insurance High there no name person I'll be with you in

a second um there are no eligibility criteria for this one again this is by

the way like $250 maybe this is $300 um you would have more like you

would need to have more than that we have the deadlines here and hang on I actually already

opened that so this is the one I'm not sure why it's not uh loading the entirety of the page um but yeah so this

is the scholarship Departments of applications accepting applications uh

admission periods hang on it is here okay so full coverage uh national health insurance

and month stipend stip depends on the research involvement and to try and see

the stiens you can just click here on uh like for College of Engineering

you can click on here which actually uh gives you a lot of other information as

well like we have the stien here for mechanical engineering aerospace engineering like different engineering programs we have the uh PhD Fellowship

information year and then they give you monthly living expenses like it is kind of odd that only this department gives

this information and like you don't get uh this information from any other pages

that the university has uh I mean we I I haven't seen any of those four any of these four other um scholarships health

insurance um lodging so total expense would be uh if you're living on campus

it's for Masters yes it's for Masters and phds and integrated ones so it is

about basically a million South koreen ones yeah it's here was about I guess

the university is about uh like $700 like your expenses is $700

estimation uh if you live on campus I'm not sure if this yeah okay you have the lodging

too so yeah I guess this is so this scholarship the scholarship like which

means that um the second scholarship we've seen today uh which is the K

Global presidential scholarship which gives you 1 million South Green South green ones would be able to um cover

your financial expenses completely so yeah this is the one you get more

information here national health insurance Student Health Insurance Association dormatory uh generously like fees are

generously low compared to other universities blah blah blah and yeah that's pretty much it for this one so we

have seen three is there any scholarships Civ I'll see you in a second and yeah this is pretty much it

for this scholarship as well we've seen three scholarships um not that many

maybe um but like when you compare it to other universities for example there

there are a lot of universities in places like Australia and Canada that has dozens literally dozens of school

ERS ships uh but it doesn't mean they are all very

um they're all very comprehensive they're all very generous most of them are just uh partial which is still like

it's very generous that they give you any amount of financial aid but like I'm

I'm trying to say that it's just there are just three Scholarships in this University but pretty much all of them cover your tuition fees um and your and

give you living expenses like two of them cover your uh

like health insurance as well so these are very very very generous scholarships

and it's a very good University in South Korea also again uh like normally the

amount that you would hang on let me do a little puzzle oh I

failed okay that was embarrassing um so uh like it says about like $700 it's

only because you are not uh I will be with you in a second um

$700 it's only because it's not in Soul because like taon is a much affordable

place anyway so um the first person uh I

cannot see your name bachelor in Information Technology with with a cgpa

of 3.49 out of four eligible am I eligible

for scholarship you are saying uh scholarship for Masters my degree in it

with C okay I'm eligible for master's degree Aman what do you want to what

would you want to say about this one like uh they're asking for it master's degree scholarship which we could see we

could see uh through our um search

tool Information Technology uh Masters but like uh they're specifically asking for a certain

cgpa uh what would you say about that I mean one reminder that I just need to

uh keep reminding people about is that your GPA is not the only Criterion

universities go by when award in scholarships or admission for that

matter um GPA is important or your cumulative GPA in this

case but it's not a deciding factor just because there are other

things to be consider considered uh basically mainly uh your involvement in

extracurricular activities uh that are re that are relevant to the program

you're trying to apply for uh your motivations for trying to study in a

specific country and not your own country um like your plans in the future

of how you're going to use uh whatever knowledge you gain in the country are

going to and how that's going to help your own country so these are all things

that universities consider before uh going into the numbers your

cgpa or language proficiency scores and so on so you need to keep that in mind

uh so concerning that cgpa of 2.49 I would say that it's quite uh low for

scholarships and even sometimes for admission so I think the best way to

compensate for that is to St for a standardized exam if you think that it doesn't reflect your true level you can

sit for the gr and then you can use that score to apply for scholarships uh I

think that's a good way to go about it but just don't neglect other factors that are considered uh in the

application process for any scholarship uh which is to show your your true

motivations your true plans uh and so forth uh before uh applying so it's not

just filling out a form submitting results and you got a scholarship it's it's more than

uh is there any scholarship civil engineer yeah you could uh search for

that by going to our website let's say civil engineer um I think since you asked

whether it the other scholarship we were seeing uh was for Masters I think you're

interested in okay so I think we're going to have to report this as a bug am

so look at this uh I'm typing in civil engineering right choosing civil engineering and it's showing me uh I

believe the ones that are for civil engineering yeah it is here uh but it is not here in filters so when I choose

another filter um civil engineering is gone so I think that's like maybe something we

might uh give feedback about oh I see me I have completed my

bachelors in civil engineering with a G 3.69 cgpa what do you think I can easily

get a scholarship or not um so I wouldn't know about easily uh I don't

think easily is a word that should be in your vocabulary when you're looking for

uh scholarships even though your cgpa is quite High um Aman what what do you

think like how are you um what do you think about their chances yeah again like it's the same

thing that I told the other person there are people with far lower GPA that got scholarships and there are people with

far higher GPA that didn't get them um it's more than just your GPA so you just

have to factor and um a lot of things and you have to it it's just a

scholarship dependent so whatever scholarship you're applying for you need to know what they're looking for exactly

and then go from there uh it's it's it's not there there is no universal guide

that would tell you this is how you apply for all scholarships uh you just need to do your due deligence you need

to do your research see what they are looking for exactly and they will they will tell you what looking for so if you

just read carefully and from go from there so in your letter of motivation uh

in your recommendation letters that you get from your teachers uh all of these

uh will play a great role in getting a scholarship so it's not just about GPA

although it helps but it's not a deciding factor so was see what one thing I would um actually there are two

things I would advise you to do that would be useful for you one of them is going to Global scholarships.com right

and on our front page H page uh you scroll down we have scholarship stories

actually let's start with scholarship stories uh you can go to scholarship stories and see people like we have a

country degree Etc um here filters and you can look into like experiences of

people who received scholarships and like they have educational background so uh so for example this person has a GPA

had a GPA of 3.9 uh maybe one of them some of them had lower GPA I know that for sure um so

for example educational background I don't think there is any information but yeah

you can get more information about people who actually received scholarship also um one thing another thing that can

do is keep scrolling down scroll down further and with admission and scholarship results

you can click on all all admission and what you will see is a kind of like a

database of results uh for admission and scholarship basically uh so as you can

see we have like uh literally hundreds and hundreds of uh results here um and

like they have nationality region sat expected family contribution GPA

scholarships status and institution so whether they accepted or not so you can look into to their um GPA for example uh

very high GPA 4.7 out of five uh like four these are four out of four I

believe um or let's say maybe if

I yeah look at these for example 3 point 2.3 rejected 2.3 accepted um for like of

course for a different University so you can look into these and see like like

maybe have have a better idea on where you fall like which place you fall into

among all of these that might give you a better idea so shadya said can I apply

for a scholarhip living in a country that I don't have a passport

to what so you are living in a country that

I'm thinking like I believe you're saying um you okay I don't think I

understand this do you mean Visa how do you not have a pass how can you not have

a passport to a country um amen is there some detail here that I don't know I

don't really know much about traveling abroad if I'm being honest uh I think

like I think they mean Visa like they they're they want to apply to a country

uh for which they do not have a Visa maybe that's the question no I think

they're not living in their home country and they want to apply to another country but they don't have citizenship

in the country they're currently in yep that's exactly

yeah I have a passport country not the one I currently

in okay I don't does that make a difference yeah so no it doesn't it

doesn't at all so you generally where you are right now doesn't mean anything

some scholarships are for specific citizenships and then even in the

application you'll find a country of residents and then country uh that you the country of your passport or the

country of citizenship so they make that distinction quite clear so basically if

you the only the only situation where this would make uh some sort of a difference is

that if you're applying as a citizen of the country you're in but you don't hold the passport so just because you live

there doesn't mean that you're a citizen of that country which means that you don't qualify for certain scholarships but you qualify for all the scholarships

that your passport gives you qualification to or eligibility to so even if you apply from another country

it's still totally fine you can still apply for admission to universities for

scholarships and it wouldn't really make any difference or it wouldn't cause any

problems I think there are a couple very very rare instances when a

scholarship um needs you to be uh like the first

time in coming to that country like if you want like if for example uh it's a

I'm not sure which country it was but I remember seeing one like uh it's let's say it's it's in Belgium the scholarship

uh but like you cannot apply if you have studied in Belgium beforehand for like

maybe for another program maybe or for for your Bachelor study uh like you should be a first timec coming student

but I think um I think they're like even they exist even if I remember correctly

they're extremely rare I believe uh Aman do you know like do you remember uh something like

that um yes I know what you mean and it doesn't really apply to this person I

think they want apply to the Third Country so yes it wouldn't make a difference but yes sometimes they

require you to be there for the first time I think it's generally Australia that has these uh kind of scholarships

and I remember reading uh certain eligibility criteria in Australia about

this yeah could

be H I wonder which one might be I'm not sure why I remember

it as uh Belgium could be okay so I don't see any
