Esther Abrami - 'Transmission' | Classic FM

Star violinist Esther Abrami introduces the Royal Albert Hall to her own composition, 'Transmission', accompanied by the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Enyi Okpara. Arranged for orchestra by Jan-Peter Klöpfel, the piece was inspired by Abrami's grandmother, who gave up her own career as a violinist after getting married, choosing to 'transmit' her instrument, and love for music to her granddaughter instead.
