Lutron Caséta Adds Sonos Voice Control: How to Control Lights, Shades and More with “Hey Sonos”

Lutron updated its Sonos integration to let Caséta users control lights, dimmers, switches, and shades via Sonos Voice Control, positioning select speakers as smart home control points. The update enables Lutron Caséta devices to respond to Sonos Voice Control on compatible, microphone-equipped speakers. Supported models include Era 100, Era 300, Move 2, Roam 2, Beam (Gen 2), and Arc Ultra; Era 100 SL and Sonos Five are excluded. Households can turn lights on or off, dim rooms, and open or close shades without the Lutron app. Products span smart switches, Diva and Claro dimmers, lamp dimmers, Smart Shades, and the Outdoor Smart Plug. The $79.95 Smart Hub connects devices, with fan controls and motion sensors aiding automation.
