0:00
you're looking across
0:03
at Ground
0:05
Zero what used to be the World Trade
0:07
Center on a snowy December
0:11
morning snowf over
0:13
night this is room
0:16
2409 in the Hilton Millennium which is
0:20
opposite where the World Trade Center
0:21
used to be and now Ground Zero is
0:23
Slightly bizarre actually you can't
0:24
really see it but those little covered
0:27
areas are where the tram the Metro still
0:30
runs anyway this is the Hilton
0:32
Millennium and I'm going to swing around
0:34
and show you the room now the Hilton
0:38
Millennium is pretty nice in terms of
0:40
what they've done the room's a little
0:41
bit messy because I'm actually filming
0:42
this um after I had stayed here it's a
0:45
nice sized room as you can probably see
0:48
really really large flat screen plasma
0:51
TV with loads of channels which is
0:53
pretty good that's a mini bar there
0:56
theyve actually this room pretty well
0:57
the beds look pretty good not as nice
0:59
and as comfortable as the Sheran Etc but
1:01
pretty comfortable they've got a great
1:02
kind of working area with uh place you
1:06
can plug in your computer a really nice
1:08
little tea and coffee making machine
1:10
which is which is very good uh sort of a
1:13
nice bucket some of that sort of stuff
1:15
really good
1:17
comfortable chair actually really
1:19
comfortable proper chair for working it
1:20
which is pretty good a good size bed so
1:24
they've actually done these rooms up
1:25
pretty
1:26
nicely tiny covered and of course p
1:31
bathro is always the same but uh you
1:33
know really large big mirror one of
1:36
those shower SL bath type things so this
1:40
is room 249 as I said in the Hilton
1:42
Millennium now the only downside is
1:44
because all their constructions going
1:46
on as they rebuild where the World Trade
1:48
Center used to be it is actually pretty
1:50
noisy I got woken up this morning quite
1:53
early with the sound of construction and
1:56
you can't really hear it now but it was
1:58
pretty noisy so quite disruptive so
2:01
probably not the greatest in terms of if
2:03
noise bothers
2:05
you and so that's uh room 249
