right so that's the eiffel tower no
0:07
prizes for guessing that
0:09
this is the view from the 28th floor
0:12
in the concord lafayette hotel 2807 to
0:15
be exact
0:16
it's um evening time obviously
0:19
and very beautiful view across
0:22
paris right so in the concord lafayette
0:26
which is the very large concrete
0:28
relatively ugly looking building from
0:30
the outside now i'm actually
0:32
uh staying here a lot
0:35
and this trip i was actually put
0:38
into their club level normally i stay
0:41
sort of between
0:41
floor one and seven and this is what
0:43
they call a junior suite and they put me
0:45
in here because i stay here a lot
0:47
and so they often upgrade me which is
0:49
very nice
0:50
now the thing with conquer lafayette as
0:51
you can tell the
0:53
furnitures and fixtures are quite dated
0:55
but they're slowly renovating
0:57
all of the the hotel and so the
1:00
floors lower down they're very funky and
1:02
very trendy rooms so this is
1:04
um one part of this what they call the
1:06
junior suite
1:07
which clearly is just two rooms made
1:09
into one so you have a bathroom here and
1:11
you'll see in a second there's another
1:12
bathroom so this is
1:13
as you come a little seating area in
1:15
television then you come into the
1:17
bedroom area with another bathroom the
1:19
bathrooms as i said
1:21
haven't been modernized so they're still
1:22
quite dated with those funny sort of
1:24
pre-formed base and things i mean the
1:27
bathroom
1:27
is fine the new in the newer rooms
1:29
you'll see another video i've got of the
1:30
newer rooms
1:32
very very nice so this is the bedroom
1:34
nice big bed
1:35
not as comfortable as the renovated
1:37
rooms they seem to be changing the beds
1:38
as well but it's fine and
1:40
fairly traditional sort of fair and
1:43
again the beautiful
1:44
beautiful beautiful view out across
1:47
paris
1:48
so as i mentioned at night you can get a
1:51
great
1:51
view of the eiffel tower flickering away
1:54
and down to prison scene so this is room
1:56
2807
1:58
that's what they call a junior suite i
2:00
didn't pay very much for it because i
2:01
was upgraded as i said it
2:03
but i think the the gain rates quite a
2:05
lot so it's quite a lot
2:06
for quite an old-fashioned room but this
2:08
is it and remember for more you can
