How to Cancel a NETFLIX ACCOUNT (2024) Stop Subscription for Netflix

So, you no longer want to have access to Netflix and you want to cancel your subscription

So let's get started. The very first thing you want to do is to click into sign in

Into the upper side, once you hit into Netflix.com, hit into the one that says sign in

Usually, depending on what is the actual device that you chose, all your information should

and on. So what I wanted to do is to go and scroll all the way up and let's go into cancel

the membership. Once you choose this option, you can see that whatever you choose, it will take effect on

December 14 of the 2023. So that means that if I cancel my membership now, I still have access for the final month

Now here what you want to do is to hit into chat with an agent and what you wanted to

do is to explain why you want to cancel your actual Netflix account and that you, let's

say for example, that you paid to date for the Netflix account and you want today the

same date to cancel your account. If you explain the process to them, maybe you can receive your money back and you have

the cancellation of your actual Netflix account. So as you can see, I've just chatted with this Netflix customer service and this lady

kindly canceled my subscription and refund me the full money of what I have just paid

in here, which is 99 MXN. So the refund has now been initiated and they have sent us an email that we have the

step that we needed to follow to resolve the issues just in case we have a problem there

But I have just received the cancellation in here. So I believe that this was more than enough and the refund process of Netflix has now
