Easy mochi ice-cream

Glutinous rice flour (sweet rice flour- I used Mochiko but you can also use shiratamako). Regular flour will not work for this recipe! Water Sugar Powdered sugar Cornstarch (or potato starch) – to help with the stickiness of the dough.
