Baked brie recipe

Ingredients:
1 round of brie cheese (about 500 grams)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
1 sprig of thyme (optional)
Crostini or sturdy crackers for serving
Optional toppings: nuts, dried fruits, or fresh herbs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the brie: Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you like, you can score the top of the brie with a knife to create a crosshatch pattern.
Add toppings: Drizzle the brie with maple syrup or honey and sprinkle with thyme if using.
Bake: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey.
Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve with crostini or crackers and your choice of toppings.
