The East Village went to the dogs this weekend as hundreds of pups, and their proud owners, hit Tompkins Square Park for the 35th annual Halloween Dog Parade, showing off creative costumes and plenty of wagging tails. FOX 5 NY's Stephanie Bertini has the recap.
