New video shows deadly Upper East Side shootout between NYPD and armed man

Newly released surveillance video captures the terrifying moments an armed man opened fire on NYPD officers on the Upper East Side. Police say 20-year-old Elijah Brown threatened to shoot up a hospital before exchanging gunfire with officers near Madison Avenue and East 96th Street.
