Man shot in attempted robbery involving off-duty NYPD couple at Penn Station

Sources tell FOX 5 NY’s Richard Giacovis that an off-duty couple, both police officers, were approached near Long Island Rail Road tracks 18 and 19 when a man attempted to rob them.
