Iguana rescued from power lines after being spotted by neighbors in Plainview, New York

An animal rescuer is being hailed a hero after climbing up to rescue an iguana that was stranded on power lines. According to a local moms group, a few neighbors spotted the iguana in Plainview and turned to the community for assistance. An animal rescuer, John Debacker, responded to the call and was able to bring the iguana down to safety.
