64-year-old Nicola Tanzi killed in Brooklyn subway beating

A judge ordered 23-year-old David Mazariegos to remain behind bars after he was charged with murder, robbery, and grand larceny in the fatal beating of 64-year-old Nicola Tanzi at the Jay Street–MetroTech station.
