The Gen Z CEO

LeanIn.org, the organization founded by Sheryl Sandberg, is studying Gen Z. And it now has a Gen Z CEO of its own leading that work. Bridget Griswold, 25, became the CEO of Lean In in April. So far, Lean In and Griswold have been diving into Gen Z women’s relationship to ambition; more than 50% of Gen Z women don’t believe companies want them in leadership. When they do believe their companies want them there, the so-called “ambition gap” with men of their cohort disappears. Griswold will explain Lean In’s findings and share her own perspective as a young leader of an organization that has been supporting women at work for more than a decade.
