Benfica legend Antonio Simoes says Chelsea attacker Joao Felix's career has failed to meet expectations due to the huge contracts he's been earning since leaving the Portuguese giants. Simoes is also asked if the former Atletico Madrid and AC Milan attacker could rescue things if he was to return home to Portugal to rebuild his career.
