Who are the Baloch Liberation Army, the group behind Pakistan attacks?

Some 10 police and security personnel and 11 civilians were killed during orchestrated militant attacks across the southwestern province of Balochistan Saturday, Pakistan officials said. The banned separatist group Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the attacks in a region that has faced a decades-long insurgency by ethnic Baloch militant groups.
