United States: Attack on a Michigan synagogue and deadly shooting at a Virginia University

On Thursday in the United States, a man opened fire at a synagogue in Michigan and was shot dead.In a separate incident, the FBI described a shooting at a university in Virginia as “terrorist” in nature; one person was killed.
