Donald Trump delivered a "surprisingly disciplined" State of the Union address on Tuesday night, says France 24's international affairs editor Kethevane Gorjestani, sticking mainly to a script that focused heavily on domestic issues such as the economy and immigration and with little in the way of foreign policy.
