Shutdown in the US: Over 2,000 flights affected at major airports

Airlines canceled more than 1,000 flights Friday and hundreds more for Saturday at major airports across the United States as they scrambled to comply with a Trump administration order to reduce air traffic amid growing concerns about the impact potential staffing shortages could have on aviation safety.
