Residents told not to drink tap water in flood-hit western France

With floodwaters submerging much of the southwest of France, residents of multiple areas have been told not to drink the tap water, with sediments, sewage and runoff from the floodwaters potentially posing a health risk. Instead, many towns have had to distribute bottled spring water.
