Huppert, Cassel and Sandra Hüller light up Cannes 2026 as Farhadi and Pawlikowski premiere new films

The stars are out in force on the Croisette tonight as Asghar Farhadi unveils 'Parallel Tales', bringing together an extraordinary French cast including Virginie Efira, Pierre Niney, Isabelle Huppert, Vincent Cassel and a special appearance from Catherine Deneuve. Meanwhile, Paweł Pawlikowski returns to competition with 'Fatherland', starring Sandra Hüller in one of the festival’s most anticipated premieres.
