Fresh storm threatens flood-ravaged Portugal, Spain

Spain and Portugal are preparing for another storm to hit the Iberian Peninsula, just days after Storm Leonardo claimed at least one life in each country and forced thousands to evacuate. Storm Marta has led to the deployment of over 26,000 rescue workers in Portugal, while three municipalities have postponed Sunday’s second-round presidential vote until next week.
