Five years after the UK left EU market, the impact on French fishermen

Dec 31, 2025
Five years ago, the United Kingdom left the single European market after a post-Brexit transition. One of the side effects of the exit was limiting British waters for EU fishermen, who were forced to reduce their quotas by 25%. A report from the port of Guilvinec by Alice Brogat and Valentine Erba with Oliver Farry.
