Dissolution of Hamas's Gaza governing body won't bring 'significant change of life'

Hamas announced on July 7 the dissolution of the body that has governed the Gaza Strip for nearly two decades. The decision would clear the way for a technocratic committee to implement civilian rule. But questions remain. FRANCE 24's Noga Tarnopolsky tells us more from Jerusalem.
