Bulgaria's 'Bangaranga' wins Eurovision, with Israel second

Bulgarian singer Dara won the 70th Eurovision Song Contest on Sunday with her infectious party anthem “Bangaranga,” giving the southeast European country its first-ever victory in the competition.
