An alleged underworld kingpin wrapped up his testimony at a high profile South African corruption enquiry on Wednesday. Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala returned to the witness stand before the Madlanga Commission looking into allegations including accusations that a suspended deputy police chief took kickbacks from criminals.
