Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans (trimmed)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup crispy fried onions
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions/How to Cook:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then blanch the green beans for 3 minutes. Immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking. Drain and set aside.
