Many fish and shrimp keepers fear algae and consider it to be a major problem. New shrimp keepers especially seem to believe that if they get the first spot of algae, their aquarium is a failure and they should try and remove every trace of the algae.
In this video, I share my opinions on why I don't think algae is a problem. In fact, I welcome algae!

When you are new to Red Cherry Shrimp keeping, there is so much information, and misinformation, that it can be hard to know which is which.

3: What to feed Red Cherry Shrimp
4: How many shrimp they should start with
5: Algae in the shrimp tank
I have been keeping and breeding shrimp for the past few years, and, at the time of recording, I have spent the last two years making a sizable income each month from breeding shrimp.
