FFXIV Shiver Emote Ballroom Etiquette Insufficient Petticoats

Why yes, I sent my Miqo'te to the Sagolii Desert in a woolly sweater to record a FFXIV Shiver Emote! Also known as "Ballroom Etiquette - Insufficient Petticoats", I've only known the /shiver emote to be available during Tomestone events. I certainly couldn't find another source when I tried to research it. I haven't compared the emote between races, but certainly my Miqo'te is not just cold, but distressingly cold! While hugging yourself, the emote loops indefinitely (I believe) with rubbing of arms and trying to warm up your hands by breathing on them.
