Not one for celebrating the success of Ishgardian Nobles, "Ballroom Etiquette - Uncouth Congratulations" unlocks the /highfive Emote in FFXIV. It's just a quick-as-in-real-life animation. And, if you listen carefully, you can hear a "palm slap" or "click" sound when your hand is at the highest point. I have ambient sounds for most of the "songs" in my apartment so I *did* hear it. The sound doesn't seem identical every time, either. My only issue is that /highfive looks like you're going to slap another character.
