'Criminal Referrals' - Blockbuster Announcement Shakes Biden White House

Impeachment is not going to happen and even if it did, it would go to the Senate where they would

not even have a trial. They would just put it aside and forget about it. So impeachment really

I understand we all, you know, wanted impeachment, but it's not going to do anything. However

Comer has another idea. Crimes were committed according to him. He says he has the evidence

crimes were committed. He's going to make criminal referrals to the Department of Justice. Now

if Merrick Garland's Department of Justice doesn't take up these criminal referrals

well, that doesn't stop the next Department of Justice from doing exactly that

If former President Donald Trump wins the 2024 election and becomes the president

then you got those criminal referrals sitting there. And well, the Democrats like to use

the Justice Department so much against President Trump, might just come back to bite him. I want

the Senate for an impeachment, perhaps there would be criminal referrals moving forward

but then you'd be met with another barrier, if you will, of the statute of limitations

meaning where are you attempting to go at this point, Congressman? Well, I want to hold accountability. That's what we said all along. We said when we launched

the investigation, we want to provide the truth to the American people and then provide real accountability. So what does real accountability look like? Does it look like impeaching Joe Biden

in the House and then the Senate tabling it like they're going to do with the Merrick Garland

impeachment? Or does it mean providing real criminal referrals to the Department of Justice

I think the latter. I would vote to impeach Joe Biden right now. The impeachment inquiry was meant

to give us more tools to be able to gather more information to be able to win in court when the

Bidens challenged our lawful subpoenas. We've done all that. We've gotten the evidence that the Bidens

were influence peddling. They never paid a penny of taxes on it. Joe Biden's lied over a dozen times

about his knowledge of who his family was doing business with and the fact that he did communicate

often with these people. So now we want to hold accountability. And I believe that the best

path to accountability is criminal referrals. And I want to make the point that when Hunter Biden was

sent the first time in that Delaware courtroom to receive blanket immunity for all of his crimes

the judge cited a letter from our investigation as to violations of the Foreign Agents Registration

Act, as to violations for tax evasion. And that's what the judge used to kick out that blanket

immunity plea deal, the sweetheart plea deal that David Weiss tried to broker for Hunter Biden

So our investigations already provided some accountability. It blocked them from getting

getting off scot-free. And I believe our investigation can also lead to real accountability

of the Bidens for their crimes. I also want to hold accountable the deep state actors

Every instance of the Bidens being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission

by the FBI, by the Department of Justice, by the IRS, every time the Bidens were circled by

government investigators, someone in the deep state would step up and tell the investigators

to stand down. We want to list those names and hold them accountable for the coverups

of all the Biden crimes. And I think we can do that
