No matter how long that takes, correct? Not so much Katie Hobbs attorney has

argued to the judge That he believes that this trial should take place in

One day just one day. That's it and he says that it should be enough time one day should be enough time for the plaintiff that's the

Kerry Lake camp to make whatever case they believe they have and present all the facts they believe they have in one day

You know Kerry Lakes attorneys, of course And by the way, I should say that's on Hobbs's attorney. It's attorney for the Secretary of State office

Hobbs happens to be the Secretary of State Just a point of fact to actually point that out because it's interesting when the Secretary of State is running for governor

It happened in Georgia with Brian Kemp when he was running against Stacey Abrams

And not this election, but the previous one and he was Secretary of State so it makes it a little confusing

Lakes attorneys say absolutely not you can't limit this trial to one day. There's just too much evidence to show and

You know, it's it that they said is there's a pretty Significant factual hearing and so they want to present a lot of factual evidence

Now the judge did say he had some concerns about the timings and he scheduled two hours on Monday

For oral arguments and said another two-day hearing scheduled for later next week. So that's a two-day hearing

He says there appears to be major interest in the case So the case was delayed by a half an hour so many of the public could log in to the virtual courtroom

Because there was a lot of people that wanted to see it. But now Kerry Lake says If she doesn't get what she deems to be a fair trial here or a fair result here

She's actually prepared to take this whole thing all the way to the Supreme Court

So we're gonna see next week exactly what this judge has to say and what he intends on doing in this case

You know elections are very hard to change the winners of especially when the vote margin is 17,000

It's not a small vote margin So they'd have to prove some real

You know Anomalies to get that going. So we're gonna see this is gonna be a
