Woke Disney’s Nightmare Gets Even Worse – They Just Suffered a Catastrophic Loss

Get woke, go broke

That's the lesson the Disney Corporation is learning right now, folks. They took on Ron DeSantis

They took on the Republicans. They took on our way of life

We really do appreciate it for those of you that do that every single day. Avatar, the way of water, supposed to be the blockbuster of the year

Have you even heard about it? I haven't heard much about it, but apparently it had a good, decent

opening weekend. But the second weekend, not so much. Apparently, Avatar grows somewhere in the neighborhood of 280 million dollars

domestically, globally about 881 million, if I'm rounding, which sounds really good

Except that you take into the account all the production costs and the advertising and the promotion of the movie

And even according to the man who made the movie, James Cameron

the movie needs to make about two billion with a B, two billion dollars just to break even now

If it gets to break even, that's still kind of a failure because

I mean, you spent if would you invest two billion dollars if I told you

hey, if this all works out, you'll get your money back. That's that's not really a wise investment

You know, you invest, you know, a thousand dollars in a stock. You hope that someday it reaches ten thousand dollars, right

You're not hoping you don't put your thousand dollars in and say, gosh, I hope when I retire, this thousand dollars is still there

You can use a savings account for that. Right. So all this has happened

It's following a bunch of flops for Disney. Lightyear was another one

A bunch of flops with woke politics embedded into the movies with a woke company that decided to take on Ron DeSantis over a bill

that very simply said they didn't want to teach anything about sexual orientation

or anything like that to kids younger than third grade. Which somehow was controversial to people

I don't know how that's a controversy, but it was controversial to people. This has all followed that

Now they've changed CEOs. They've gone back to Bob Iger. And maybe he's the guy that's going to get the politics out of Disney

Maybe he's the guy that's going to stop trying to take on Ron DeSantis. Stop trying to take on Florida

Stop trying to take on Republicans. Stop trying to push a woke agenda on us

Don't forget, this also comes after, you know, one of their one of their people said that they try to insert LGBTQ themes

into movies like unbeknownst to people. So they're sneaking them in there

So you're going to see a kid friendly movie and bam, here's something you didn't expect to have to explain to your kid later on

So it's either they're marketing it with that in mind. And so, you know, now they're bleeding money

And frankly, you know, I'm not surprised by it. And maybe it's a wake up call for them and the rest of Hollywood
