Supreme Court Smackdown - Bombshell Report Rocks Jack Smith After Trump Indictment

As far as I'm concerned, after watching Jack Smith's performance on Tuesday, and I call

it a performance, he looked more like a politician to me than a federal prosecutor

This is my opinion and I'm entitled to it. I'm not casting aspersions on the man, but to me, this looked like a politician

This looked like somebody who wants to be in Congress or Senate

This looked to me like somebody who's planning a future on the back of Donald Trump

But his past, his past may be what comes back to haunt him

You see, Jesse Watters, well, he had a lot to say after the indictment of President Donald Trump

And one big thing about the Supreme Court actually came out in that

Let's take a look at it. That was special counsel Jack Smith, who looked like a bedraggled, nervous wreck, dripping

with anger and highly emotional. The last time Jack Smith charged a politician, the case was so weak, it got tossed out of

the Supreme Court unanimously. Biden's Justice Department is using obscure federal statutes to put a former president

in prison for the rest of his life. These charges aren't bribery, not assault, not tax evasion, not sex trafficking

They're charging Trump under the act of 1866. It was used against the Klan, and now they're using it against Trump

Here are the specific charges. Count one conspiracy to defraud the United States

Count two conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. Count three conspiracy or attempt to obstruct an official proceeding

Count four conspiracy against rights. OK, now here's how they're saying Trump broke the law

They're saying Trump lied that the election was fraudulent when he really knew the election

was clean and that these lies made it hard for the government to certify the election

You see, Jack Smith tried to do this to a politician in the past

He tried to do this to a politician in the past. Got his conviction. Got his conviction

And then the Supreme Court unanimously threw it out. This guy is stretching to get Trump on anything

The Civil Rights Act of 1866. Are you joking me? What a ridiculous charge

What a ridiculous charge. In a Washington, D.C. courtroom, he can get that conviction, ladies and gentlemen

I believe with my whole heart that if Jack Smith charged Donald Trump with sabotaging

the Hindenburg and causing the Hindenburg disaster, that in a Washington, D.C. court

he'd get a conviction. I believe that. And they'll say, well, you're sowing seeds of doubt in the judicial system

No, you're sowing seeds of doubt in the judicial system. Reaching back to the Civil Rights Act of 1866 to charge a man for what is basically

free speech. He believed that the election wasn't fair. Now, whatever the case is, he believed that

Now, Jack Smith is saying, well, he knew better. Well, are you the thought police

How do you know what he thought? And how are you going to prove what he thought

That doesn't even make sense. It doesn't even make sense. So that's like a thought crime

How do you know he didn't really believe it when he said it
