'You Are Ordered!' Biden Judge Smacks Him Down

Rules for thee and not for me. That seems to be a theme in the Biden administration

Heck, it seems to be a theme among Democrats. Well, one judge, she just smacked down that theme when she handed the Justice Department

their, what's a good word here? Well, their butts, in a shocking screed off the bench where she told them, you're putting

people in prison for defying subpoenas, but now you have two attorneys who are being ordered

to testify by the House of Representatives and you're ignoring those subpoenas

Let's take a look at what she said in a story I got from ConservativeBrief.com

Judge Reyes presided over a hearing in a legal dispute between the DOJ and the Judiciary

Committee regarding subpoenas issued to Mark Daly and Jack Morgan, two attorneys with the

DOJ, to testify in their ongoing impeachment inquiry. That was reported by Politico

U.S. District Judge Anna Reyes sharply criticized the Department of Justice on Friday for directing

its personnel to disregard subpoenas from the GOP-led House committee while simultaneously

pursuing charges against former Trump officials who had defied congressional subpoenas. The Judiciary Committee sued in March to compel testimony from two attorneys in the DOJ tax

division, though the DOJ instructed their pair not to comply, just the news reported

Reyes, for her part, appeared to accuse the DOJ of hypocrisy. I think it's quite rich you guys pursue criminal investigations and put people in jail for

not showing up, but then order personnel to do the same thing, she said during the Friday hearing

Yeah, absolute hypocrisy. The Biden administration is full of hypocrisy. Well, they're full of a lot of things, but hypocrisy, top of the list

You have put Steve Bannon in jail for defying a subpoena. You have put Navarro in jail for defying a subpoena

You have threatened others with jail for defying subpoenas, but you can defy subpoenas

Well, gosh, why is that? Why does the Department of Justice get to make its own separate set of rules for itself
