Walls Are Closing In On Merrick Garland - New Information Could Mean The End Of His Career

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and the walls are closing

in on Merrick Garland. Folks, you know, you would think that after Watergate and former

President Nixon and everything that happened, people would start to realize that it's not the

crime so much as the cover-up that gets you in trouble. The Watergate scandal was very much about

the cover-up of the break-in of the Watergate Hotel. It's the reason former President Nixon

had to resign. It wasn't so much the break-in itself. Well, the same could hold true for

Attorney General Merrick Garland. Before we get started, I want to make sure you guys like

there might not be anything that could help Merrick Garland out in the near future because

an IRS whistleblower has come forward to say that his investigation was hampered

by a senior Department of Justice political appointee. Now, there's only one I can think of

and news organizations have been informed, including the Wall Street Journal and Fox

News and CNN, that that person is Merrick Garland. This person, and we don't know who it is yet

says that his investigation into Hunter Biden's IRS issues has been hampered by this senior

individual. Well, let's take a look at what Stuart Varney and his guest had to say about it

Could you explain why Attorney General Merrick Garland is at this moment suspected

of obstruction of justice? Well, Merrick Garland appeared at an oversight hearing, and he was asked by Chuck Grassley

various questions about this Delaware investigation into Hunter Biden that's been going on for five

years. And he was asked specifically, does David Weiss, who's the US attorney in Delaware, have the

authority to get charges brought against Hunter Biden tax charges in California and in the

Washington, DC? Because those are two jurisdictions where Hunter Biden lived when he was supposed to

pay taxes. And Merrick Garland assured him, oh, yes, David Weiss has all the authority he needs

And, you know, I've given him all powers and I'm staying arm's length away from this. Well, now we

have an IRS whistleblower who contradicts what Merrick Garland said under oath. That whistleblower

says that, in fact, there were senior DOJ officials in Washington, DC and in California who obstructed

his investigation into Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden's alleged evasion of taxes

It's like Watergate. It's not the break in that got you. It is the cover. It sure is. Just like

going to get you. Now, the question is, does the cover up reach all the way to Joe Biden? These

are all things that we can speculate about. We don't have any answers yet. However, if Congress

does give this IRS whistleblower the protections that they desire, and I believe that they will

we are going to have one heck of a hearing. And it's going to be a hearing that

the mainstream media cannot ignore. This is, as I've said in the past, I said yesterday

this is of Watergate proportions. And now other people are finally saying it

This is a gigantic story. This is a presidency crumbling story, if this turns out to be

what a lot of people think it is. And we have to reserve judgment and we have to wait

for all the facts to come out. But if it is what it appears to be, it's almost certainly the end of

that senior Department of Justice official, who many people have named to be Merrick Garland

and it could be the end of Biden 2024. So, and that it comes just a week before Biden announces

officially that he's campaigning for 2024. So, the timing is interesting as well
