Vindicated! - Former President Trump Gets Fantastic News From Congress

Hey ladies and gentlemen, this is Carmine Sabia for Explain America and former President Donald

Trump just got some welcome good news from some members of Congress. Before we get started

us out and they help our channel continue to grow. So Matt Gaetz along with Elise Stefanik

they've introduced legislation, a bill, a measure if you will, that would say that

January 6th, that Donald Trump I should say was not involved in any insurrection on January 6th

Now the Democrats have tried to paint this as though this was a Donald Trump production

that he organized and orchestrated an insurrection. Not that it was a protest

that got a little out of control by some people. Yet these same media people will stand in front

of a fire caused by rioters from Antifa and other left-wing organizations and they'll put

on their headline, you saw it on CNN, fiery but mostly peaceful protests in front of a fire

while cities are being torn down. And we finally figured it out guys, we found the one riot in the

whole world that the left will stand up against, that the left will say no, no, no, don't riot

that's not a good thing. Because they ignored years of riots, riots and looting and burning

and pillaging, they ignored it all. But now they found one group of people and you can tell me what

separates these people from the other rioters, I don't have to tell you, but you could tell me in

the comments what maybe might be different about this particular group versus the other

They found one group of people, one group of rioters who they want punished to the fullest

extent of the law. When they're making up bail funds for other rioters, they found one group

only one. And maybe that's because it hit a little closer to home for them, maybe because they had

to live with it and deal with it and feel the fear that other people felt in other cities

I will never defend the riots on January 6th and I won't defend any riots because I don't

believe in them. I'm consistent across the board. Shame the Democrats can't say the same

I want you to listen to this speech from Representative Matt Gaetz and then I want

you to give me your opinion. Should this be taken off the books? Should Trump be held harmless in this matter? Let me know what you think. Please like, comment, share and

But we are here today to authoritatively express that President Trump did not commit an insurrection

and we believe Congress has a unique role in making that declaration

It's not the job of the states and especially not the job of some bureaucrats in Colorado to make

this assessment and interfere with the rights of voters to cast their vote for the candidate

of their choice. The very experts who often get on television and talk about securing democracy

seem to be the first to want to then remove a candidate from the ballot because they are

afraid that he is too popular. We have 63 co-sponsors to the resolution that Ms. Stefanik

and I will be filing today to express the sense of Congress that President Trump did not

commit an insurrection. I want to express my gratitude to Senator Vance for filing the

companion legislation over in the Senate and now it's time for members of the House and Senate

to show where they stand on this question. We and the former president welcome and expect many more

co-sponsors in the coming days and look forward to a floor vote and now I'd like to recognize
