Trump Scores Massive Victory Against New York AG James - Her Demented Mission Failed

just got some really bad news from the courts in her case against the Trump family

President Donald Trump took to Truth Social today to celebrate the fact that the appeals court

struck down Letitia James' inclusion of Ivanka Trump in a case that she has going against the Trump corporation

Now, the court said that Ivanka was not even an officer of the corporation at the time that the case entails

And there's a lot of legal minutiae here, but the point is this is a victory for the Trump family

And as far as I'm concerned, the entire case should be thrown out based on Letitia James' history and her campaign

She campaigned on getting Trump and his family. That was her entire campaign

This is a woman running for the office of Attorney General of the state of New York

I cut out about 30 seconds of this video where she actually talks about things happening

in the state of New York. About 30 seconds of it. That's what she talked about New York for

The rest of it is all about Donald Trump. Don't believe me? Take a look

America is an uncharted territory. We are angrier and more deeply divided

than we've ever been at any point in our history since the Civil War

And at the eye of the storm is Donald Trump, ripping families apart

threatening women's most basic rights, and running for Attorney General because I will never be afraid

to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are at stake

From the Muslim ban, to efforts to deport immigrants, to denying transgender students

the ability to choose whatever bathroom they want, rolling back regulations to protect our planet

colluding with foreign powers, putting profits over people, dividing us in ways we haven't seen in generations

At a time when Congress, particularly Republicans, do not have a backbone

it's important that Democrats put some steel in their backbone and fight back

I believe that this president is incompetent. I believe that this president is ill-equipped to serve

in the highest office of this land. And I believe that he is an embarrassment

to all that we stand for. He should be charged with obstructing justice

I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses

And we would join with law enforcement and other attorneys general across this nation

in removing this president from office. In addition to that, the Office of Attorney General

will continue to follow the money because we believe that he's engaged in a pattern and practice of money laundering

laundering the money from foreign governments here in New York State, and particularly related to his real estate holdings

It's important that everyone understand that the days of Donald Trump are coming to an end

but we can only do it if all of you exercise the most fundamental right

a right which is basic to democracy, and that is the right to vote

If a country at war with itself, you may be wondering what you could possibly do

to change it. The answer is simple, everything. And it starts with electing an attorney general

who will never back down when Trump or anyone else threatens our rights

So I hope that you will join me and vote on Thursday, September 13th

in quiet dignity, in defiance. Now, any court in the land worth its salt

should kick this case out of court, and any case brought by her against Trump or his family out of court

just based on the fact that this woman campaigned on getting Trump

How can you campaign on getting an individual? That's insane. That's insane

And the fact that any case she brings against Trump or his family is allowed to proceed is ridiculous

She obviously has a grudge. It goes beyond the law, because this is before she could actually look

and investigate things that Trump might've done. She came in with a mission to get one man

and now she's hunting for the crimes. That goes against everything the Constitution stands for

and any court she brings any case to involving Donald Trump should immediately kick that case out
