Trump Scores MASSIVE Court Victory - Manhattan Judge Is FURIOUS

And former president Donald Trump just scored a massive victory in the face of

his New York trial, civil fraud trial judge, and boy, he is celebrating

Also, like I said, make sure you comment on the videos because that helps us too. So Trump was, and is now, I think celebrating because the appeals

court stopped the process of dissolving his companies. See, the judge in his civil fraud trial had decided that Trump had to have all of

his business licenses revoked in New York and said that they had to have an

overseer to watch the dissolution of his companies. So everything Trump has built for decades in New York City, helped build that

city, was all going to be dissolved because one rogue judge and Letitia James

said so. Not so fast. The appeals court smacked that down and put a hold on it until the end of this

trial, and then it can be heard again. Now Letitia James's office comes back and says, well, this decision was unnecessary

because we weren't going to start the dissolution of Trump's companies until such

time as the fraud trial was over. Unfortunately, the appeals court did not stop the case, which was something else that

the Trump team did request. They wanted an end to this case because they believe, and I believe, and a lot of

people believe, it's persecution at this point. It is absolute persecution of this man

You know, I think watching from the sidelines, you can understand why Trump is so

furious. I think you can understand why MAGA supporters like us are so furious about

this. It's not that we're saying Trump's above the law, but we're saying that nobody is

below the law either. Nobody should be a target of the law

Letitia James rode into office telling people she was going to get Trump

She was going to get Trump. That was her big plan. And it blew up in her face

It blew up in her face because now this appeals court stopped the dissolution of his

companies. And I think on appeal, it's really going to blow up in her face when the

Trump team presents evidence that says, look, this woman campaigned on getting me and

then she brought a case to get me. Before she had any evidence, she literally campaigned, told the people she would get

Trump. And now she's getting Trump. This is not a surprise. We've showed video to you guys of this before

We'll show video to you of it again, where she talks about how she's going to get this

man. That's not how justice works in America. In some foreign dictatorships, in some totalitarian regimes, in some banana republics

Yeah, that's how justice works. You pick the person you want and then you build a case against them

But that's not how it works in America. In America, you get a case and then you find out who's responsible or who did the deed

You don't pick somebody and target them. That goes against even if you're a Democrat

This should bother you because a Republican attorney general could just as easily do

this to a Democrat and it would be just as wrong. This is not how justice is supposed to be

And I'd be sitting here right here on this conservative channel telling everybody that it

was wrong if a Republican did it. Because you have to be intellectually consistent

You have to be honest. And that's the honest truth. That's not how justice is done in America

But that's what Letitia James is doing. That's what this judge is doing

That's what this whole kangaroo court is doing. In my opinion, the kangaroo court and in my opinion, we're heading towards a banana

republic. If we keep allowing stuff like this to happen, it has to be stopped
