Trump Ends The Rumors - Makes Vice Presidential Announcement

grow. Speculation has been running rampant as to who Donald Trump's vice presidential pick would be as we approach the Republican National

Convention where Trump will presumably be dubbed the official Republican Party nominee. One of those rumors came out just this weekend and it was that Nikki

Haley is under heavy consideration to be Trump's vice presidential pick. After

all she has access to the voters, she did secure a decent part of the voting in

the primaries and now she's positioned to have some power in the Republican

Party. President Donald Trump or former President Donald Trump took to his

truth social account on Saturday morning to unequivocally say that Nikki Haley is

not under consideration to be his vice presidential pick. However he does wish

her well. Now this created all kinds of speculation and it's been going on for a

few days now which is when is Nikki Haley going to endorse Trump? Is she

going to endorse Trump and what is she holding out for in not endorsing Trump

On Newsmax this was talked about and they gave some clues as to Haley's

thinking. I want you to take a look at this and then I want you to let me know who you think Trump's vice presidential pick should be. Are you

Republicans are far more united behind their candidate than the Democrats who

are really doubting whether Biden is even going to be their candidate. Betsy

the only reason I think Sharla brings this up is because this election is so

important. Of course. In five and a half months and and to me every time I ask a

Republican particularly an elected official about what happened in Pennsylvania two weeks ago, 155,000 people voted for Nikki Haley that should

have could have voted for Donald Trump. Fine, Indiana is an open primary so a lot

of people that will likely vote for Joe Biden in November probably voted for Nikki Haley. Yes. And that number again a big. It's a big number. Number 128,000

It's a big number. To me if the Trump campaign doesn't take this seriously and they lose

in November I think you'll likely be able to draw a straight line back to

these primaries and this problem. He needs to pick up the phone. Yes. And seek her

support. That's my question. She still hasn't endorsed him. Why hasn't that

happened? I don't know. Nobody endorses till they're asked to. He hasn't asked

her. Okay. I think the other angle is that we've got a Republican National

Convention coming up in Milwaukee this summer and Nikki Haley still wants to

run for president in 2028 and beyond and she wants a prime time speaking slot

Right. She doesn't want to be stuffed Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. Okay. So I

think it's up to her to reach out to the Trump campaign and then start to, you

know, welcome her back. It's like being married. It's really up to both of them. Maybe. I don't think they're married. Those two. All right. Betsy McCoy, Alison
