It was just hours after the debate heard around the world, the absolute train wreck of Joe Biden's

performance in front of the world. The man who is making decisions that affect billions of people

around the world, hundreds of millions in the United States, is not cognitively there anymore

and there can be no doubt anymore. You know, a little clip of him stumbling, mumbling, bumbling

here and there, that's one thing, but him standing up there for 90 minutes and just being totally

gone with the wind, not being able to form his thoughts, having his ideas crash into each other

in his head, this guy's not there. And how do you present that to people who maybe didn't watch
